Misleading Website, Awful Products
Prowear.com is a total scam. The shirts on their website look fantastic—stylish, high-quality, and well-made. But what they deliver is a far cry from what’s advertised. The shirts I received were made from cheap, uncomfortable fabric, with sloppy stitching and a poor fit.

It’s like they’re sending out bargain-basement knockoffs instead of what they showcase online. The designs didn’t even match the pictures properly, and the quality is laughable for the price they charge.

To make matters worse, their customer service is nonexistent—they completely ignored my complaints and refused to issue a refund. Avoid Prowear.com if you value your time and money. Don’t let their flashy website fool you!

Appalling quality. Ordered a Novelty Halloween shirt in first week of October, it only arrived first week in November and the quality was terrible. Looks like a Chinese ripoff print. the size measurement requested was medium but it's more like XXL. Shirt collar is totally limp and the buttons are cheap and wrong for the color of material used. Immediately consigned to the bin.

Junk company drop ships from Temu in China but gives false shipping info from usa advertises in your local dollar but charges in us dollars avoid at all costs

I ordered 3 shirts. I wear a size large, but ordered
XL. Shirts came in way to small and lacked quality.
I've been tiring to return them for a full refund.

These shirts are way to small and don't fit and the Quality Sucks...I paid $72.92 for 3 shirts.
Honestly do you think that $15.00 dollars would cover my lost?

Wrong size shirts and lack of Quality. XL in any other shirt fits me comfortably...but not yours.
Your company is a RIP OFF and Fraudulent on so many levels.

I have not seen my $150.00 order. They keep showing it was delivered per my Tracking # but when I track it, it shows NOT DELIVERED. I checked with my postal service, and they state they haven`t received the package from Prorewear. However, Prorewear insists that I have received my order. BUYER BEWARE.

No customer service. Shirts run small they offered $5 dollars on an over $70.00 order.

Received my recent purchase after a two-week wait. The packaging was secure, ensuring the items safe arrival. Impressed by the sturdy design and quality materials. Reasonable price for the durability and overall performance provided by this gear.

This is an awful company. I spent a lot of money and my shirts and other clothing never arrived. When I contacted the company the response was that they have no responsibility and this issue was between me and the shipper. The shipping company is something I’ve never heard of. It is a scam so and very poor customer service. Stay away from this company ..:do not get suckered like I did

The item took a week and a half to arrive, notwithstanding that it was sent via Royal Mail tracked 48. The item does not fit properly (and appears to be of poor quality) so I requested a refund and offered to send it back to the returns address on the package. Prorewear have refused my refund request because they say that they sent the size I ordered, which is true however I have pointed out that under the Consumer Contracts Regs I have 14 days from delivery to cancel the contract. They have refused and offered me USD3 "as compensation". They have also told me that their returns address is not the one shown on the parcel, and have suggested that it is abroad, meaning high postage charges.
Additionally, although the prices on their website show in GBP, the transaction actually goes through in USD, which means that I have incurred bank charges for a foreign currency transaction.

They sent the wrong designed shirt. I ordered an XL which fit more like a medium. They would not give me a full refund or a return address. They would only give me $4 and said to keep the shirt. I donated it and out the money I paid. These products come from Ireland and there is no customer service except the generic responses in the emails. Very disappointing.

I wish there was a way to provide a rating below 0. I ordered 3 skull shirts in size XL, but what I received was 3 shirts labeled XL, but fit like size L. I followed the return/exchange policy on the website but they would not provide me the address for returns saying they could only offer me a $6 refund. I did not ask for my money back, just an exchange? Can’t get an exchange, so I’m just out the $60+ I spent on the order. Beware if purchasing clothing.

Bought a shirt 5xl and it must have been for someone 4 ft tall. Offered a pitiful amount of compensation and then just kept on sending the same response. Fo not buy from these.
