I recently did a new bathroom addition to our home and the way the plumbing was ran I needed a 8 x 26 panel that would cover a 6x 24 area. I went online and ordered 6 x 24 and did not realize until I received my confirmation email that I didn't add the extra 2 inches. Thank God this company reminds you what is to be covered and what true size you really need. Martin helped me cancel my order and he custom designed my panel that was not even an option online. I received the item within two days and it was a perfect fit! I would recommend sending longer screws as I had to go but 1 1/4 inch for my project to get through the drywall and into the wood. Because I had wood all around my area I couldn't use the anchors and had to get longer wood screws. It wall worked out perfect. Martin was amazing to my needs and now my project is complete! THANK YOU!

A bit difficult talking to gentlemen on the phone, but all is well. Order was as promised. UPS delivered quicker than estimated.

I searched the internet for the access door I wanted. Has to be all Stainless steel and many other manufacturers were giving me less expensive prices but when I read the fine print it wasn't stainless steel. Martin took real good care of me and I received the product faster than I thought. I will definatley buy from them again.

I have purchased several of their plastic cover plates in varying sizes. They are well made, look good and allow me to have quick access to plumbing areas that I may need to get at again.

I ordered 10 of the flat panel cover-ups in a custom size with specific instructions on size and that no holes were needed. Panels were delivered to specifications to my door within three days. A couple of the panels had minor imperfections, and being very picky I contacted customer support. They immediately offered replacements which were also delivered within three days. The replacements were blemish free. I was very impressed with the entire purchase experience.
