From the get-go, Katy was honest. This is something within this climate people need from recruiters. She prepared me for my interview and took on my feedback which made me feel valued and appreciated. She was there every step of the way. There is nothing worse than a consultant ghosting you after interviews. Candidates deserve and require feedback to succeed in the world. Not just the world with Covid but for the foreseeable future! I believe Katy delivers this.

Following on from a call this morning from Natalie about an exciting new role within the space of 30 minutes she had lined up and interview for the following day and provided me with background not only on my Interviewer but the company.
