Product is of high quality and the honey is rich in flavour. The service from placing the order, right through to delivery is exceptional. The owner's family member personally delivered my order to my door the day after I placed the order. Also if you have any queries the owner contacts you personally to deal with it.

Hello.
Hello.
The service is good with fast delivery.
However, I ordered one product and was sent another at a lower price than I paid.
Second, there is no communication or response to emails, and the communication method is extremely difficult.
Thank you.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re pleased to hear you were satisfied with the fast delivery and appreciate your order.
However, we’d like to clarify that the item you received — White Sainfoin Honey from Kyrgyzstan — was exactly what was ordered through our website. We do not sell Royal Jelly, nor is it listed anywhere on our site. We also provided proof of the order confirmation to clearly show what was purchased.
It appears there was a misunderstanding on your end, not an error on ours. While we understand that expectations can sometimes be mixed, leaving a 3-star review for a mistake that did not occur on our part is not a fair reflection of our service or the quality of the product delivered.
We remain committed to maintaining transparency and clear communication, and we’re always here to assist. Thank you again for your order, and we hope to serve you better in the future.

Thank you so much for your kind feedback! We’re really pleased to hear you enjoyed the Taif Rose Honey — it’s one of our most unique and luxurious blends. Sourced from the mountains of Taif, Saudi Arabia, this honey has a natural aroma of the famous Taif rose, giving it a floral richness that’s both soothing and aromatic.
