Property Repair recently carried out a Fixed Price Renovation to a flat I manage on Morningside Road, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish.

From the moment I visited the office, the team were excellent—friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to offer advice on the project.

It was there that I learned about their Fixed Price Renovation Package, which includes a new kitchen, new bathroom, new flooring, tiling, and decoration.

They were clear in explaining that plastering, heating, and rewiring aren’t included as these items aren’t always required. That made perfect sense.

In my case, the wiring and heating didn’t need any work, but I did choose to have some plastering done in a few rooms.

The whole service was completed smoothly, and impressively, the keys were back in under 28 days.

Because Property Repair are office-based, it was easy to pop in whenever I had new ideas, some good, some not so good.

The team were brilliant at encouraging the good suggestions and gently steering me away from the less practical ones, without ever making me feel foolish.

All the trade staff arrived in smart white and red Property Repair vans, and whenever I visited the site, they always took the time to talk me through what had been recently completed.

Overall, a first-class service. Highly recommended.
