I recently worked with Property Pricer and Ross McLelland for a land valuation on a vacant block for our SMSF client, and they did a fantastic job. I was trying to work out how I could obtain a retrospective valuation. I stumbled across Property Pricer via a google search. I called on Saturday morning, my phone call was accepted by Ross. Upon enquiring was given clear instructions and I understood costs associated with the report upfront. Upon asking how long it would take, I was told I would have it Monday. Well I received the report on Sunday. Exceptional customer service, was a simple process in the end. Would highly recommend !
