Helpful, friendly and v professional. Used twice now - would recommend!

Paul provided a great service & very insightful knowledge. Would definitely go with PD property reports again.

Paul has done a couple of surveys for us now, can’t recommend him enough. Professional, timely and friendly. He really knows his stuff.

Informative, efficient, competative pricing and great quality. High Reccommend to any first time buyers!!!!!

This is the second time I have used Paul. He responds promptly and is very responsive to any questions or queries.
On both occasions his reports have been extremely thorough and very informative.
I would certainly recommend using his service.

Everything was very professional and the report was outstanding. It told us everything we needed to know and then we had a follow up phone call afterwards to explain everything we did not understand, and he then offered further help as we were not from the area. Thank you.

Excellent company. Reports are presented in a very informative manner lots of photos highlighting any issues which are extremely helpful. More information than I ever expected to get.
Quick turnaround and extremely competitive. Can not recommend highly enough.

Very professional service. Paul was friendly and helpful, survey completed quickly and at a great price. Highly recommend this service.

Got recommended .
Paul done a fabulous job communication was spot on
He's work was in very deep detail
A great report 5☆ service

Really impressed with the service and the survey! Would 100% recommend!

Very efficient, replied to initial contact email within a few hours even at the weekend, had an appointment booked within a couple of days of phoning, and report back within 5 days of paying. Very detailed report that was easy to comprehend.

My wife and I were and still are very impressed and grateful for a in-depth survey on a property that we were interested in purchasing. Without having this very professional survey completed for us we could have landed ourselves in a very expensive long term purchase. I highly recommend PD Property Reports and will use them again myself.

Great Work , spotted a lot of issues that I didn't even see when I visited the property, provided a detail report ! Highly recommend.

I would definitely use PD Property Reports again. Their reports where thorough, very informative and easy to read. Anything your not sure of is explained by Paul and he is happy to help after the report is completed.

Paul was very helpful and responsive from the get go. There was also a quick turnaround from the survey been completed through to us receiving the final report. The report we received was incredibly thorough but was easy to understand and digest. Not only this but the price was extremely good value for money especially given the quality of the service we received from Paul. I would completely recommend PD Property Reports to anybody without any reservations.

He was very helpful and the report was very in-depth. It went into great detail.

Professional service, prompt response and very in depth report. No stone unturned! Second time I’ve used this company and would again. Highly recommend.

Great service and a great personality
