Very tasty pasties
My friend got me a little treat box of a couple of traditional Cornish Pasties (plus tea and scones), and they were very nice. Some proper meaty chunks in there, and a good taste. I was very happy! I had to contact the company about a delivery issue (which wasn’t their fault at all), and they were very helpful. I definitely recommend this, it was a very nice gift.

MY last order should of been delivered…
MY last order should of been delivered last week on 30/07 by DPD but they have delivered it to the wrong address and i can not find it.

Having checked our records, I can't see that you contacted us directly to report the issue, and DPD didn't notify us that there had been a problem with your delivery. It's a shame we weren't given the opportunity to investigate and try to resolve this for you before the 1-star review was posted, particularly as it appears the issue relates to the courier rather than the products themselves.

The sausage rolls are amongst the best…
The sausage rolls are amongst the best I've ever tasted! The pasties? They're good but I've tasted better. In both cases the pastry is really good. Delivery did take a while but I suppose that's a fault of the carrier not the company.

We're sorry to hear you were disappointed.
Just to clarify, the pasties you ordered are supplied frozen and uncooked and are intended to be baked straight from frozen. This is stated on the product page, in the cooking instructions on our website, and on the cooking guide included with your order.
Defrosting uncooked pasties before baking can affect both the pastry and the filling, so we wouldn't recommend doing this.

Because its delivered when you need them.I wish the driver would ring doorbell & wait till I opened the door .Twice now ive had these pasties not once have I seen the driver.Still they are rushed to get parcels delivered.

I didn't give a 5 star review, I was very disappointed with the pasties, the pastry was too thick and hard, I only had the cheese and onion and it was more like potato and onion, I couldn't taste any cheese, I gave the others away to my sister and she was disappointed too, said there wasn't much filling in them, certainly not worth the money
