Proper API team has really good in depth knowledge of the market and the options on table when it comes to investing. Along with the personalised planning and portfolio creation. I worked with Andre who was always very patient, detail oriented and helped resolve any questions or requests that I had.

I enjoyed the time and patience they offer their clients in scheduling, explaining, and answering various questions that affect investment in ETFs, pensions, and real estate investments.

Proper API have a true strategic approach and help you to make sense of German complexity with no headaches. I appreciated that they were knowledgable but not pushy. They’re also very responsive to changes in circumstances. I’d highly recommend working with them

I believe this is my only satisfactory customer oriented experience in Germany. Christian, who was my advisor spent several sessions (each a 1 hour session) to provide me with all the infomation I needed regarding real-estate, tax optimisation, insurance packages, etc... and the amount of knowledge, expertise and time spent was really valuable. I had too many topics to discuss and there was no hestiation nor impatience from Christian's side, on the contrary he provided me with more info than I requested and as a result I chose to use their services on monthly basis, which I absolutely recommend for any expat who would like to be always informed and advised on making good decisions in Germany.

Everyone I spoke to had a lot of patience to answer all of my questions, they helped me structure my long term financial goal, clearly advised me on what was a good idea vs what was not a good idea and why. I decided to subscribe to their Whatsapp service as well, I had a lot of help with my insurance, but also feels like a personal concierge, that would help with day to day stuff as well. Being a foreigner, with very little German knowledge, this has proven to be invaluable.

Caveat: Some of their cost can seem high in the beginning, but as I see, they offset in the long term.
