They said I have hedging on two of my ea accounts on August 19,2026. But I purchased these two on August 20. I have photos of all the records.

Avoid this company, they are running out of cash and think about every excuse to avoid the payout. First of all, their website and trading is very buggy and slow, I can't even flatten position when they have technical issues. Request payout on October 8, and get rejected and have my PA account deleted on October 14. They said I have hedging on my multiple account recorded on August 19. However, I received this PA account after I pass evaluation after August 19. That means I never have hedging on the the PA account. They said I have heding but couldn't provide me the details. Their trading platform is so bad, you might accidentally run into hedging. So my point is, even if I accidently run into hedging, but it all happens in the EA accounts. they should notify me immediately once that happen. It has been more than one month from August 19 until October 14, they should have plenty of time detecting hedging. but it is until I request payout in my pa account, they try to deny the payout and looking back at my account when it was in the ea stage. Not sure what had happend to this company, I used to get paid very soon in less than one hour. I think there is significant cash issue happen to this company. Unlike other company, who immediately notify you when they recorded your hedging, I never received any notification prior regarding to hedging on the account. I feel like all the times have been wasted on these accounts. They should notify earlier if there is any hedging detected, not in the moment when you request the payout. They do that to avoid the payout. Because all other prop firms notified you immediately when the hedging is detected.

The verdict is out for me. Had never heard of them before seeing them on Patrick Wieland's "only prop firms" website. Saw the static programs and jumped in.

I had a trading ticket I submitted about a trade closing on it's own that's been over two weeks since the development team was going to "review" without a response and now a payout that was submitted September 30th that has not been paid and is in a "queue". I like the programs/options offered but obviously the name of the game is payouts and seeing an advertised payout time of 3:19 on the website and it pushing two weeks is concerning. Seeing the post below about 20 days from someone else and the CEO responding that the merger is causing delays is reasonable, but some sort of heads up or timeframe would have been nice before purchasing 600 plus dollar accounts. How these are resolved will make or break if I continue with them. I will also add I tried to join the discord over the weekend to ask questions there but it's been pending review too.

Seems like they are understaffed or crazy busy with the merger.

One of the trader in their discord said he hasn't received his payout in 20 days. I replied "Hope you get your payout since 20 days is a long time" and the moderator banned me. I have screenshots since they always delete certain messages on their discord.

9/30/26- Update. Now that the CEO responded, I only said "Hope you get your payout, since 20 days is a long time". That message was removed, I was banned. I have screenshots of what I said and how it got me banned unfairly. It was not an attack, it was not targeted.

My indicators do not move forward in time with the chart candles. My last trades stopped out at $1 or less, even though I have a global stop-loss of $100. It's been a week and still not resolved.

Several times I have been in profit - once nearly $1000, another nearly $400. Both times I tried to flatten the trade to take profit, & both times it failed. Lost all those profits. Tech helpers were useless, as despite sending photos & videos of these trade malfunctions, they said they couldn’t pay out potential profits, only realised losses. How very convenient for them. So this dodgy platform has cost me $1000’s & to be honest, can’t be trusted anymore

The company clain that I did payment-network fraud but they never provide me any information claiming I did it, and all this happened after I clain my first pay out. Thank you for providing PropEd’s perspective. I understand and respect the need for PropEd and its payment partners to maintain strong fraud-prevention measures.

That said, I believe some clarification is appropriate for the record. I do not accept the characterization that my account was involved in payment fraud, and I have not been provided with account-specific information demonstrating that I personally engaged in fraudulent activity.

I understand that PropEd may be unable to disclose confidential information relating to its fraud-prevention systems or payment partners. However, the distinction between protecting sensitive information and providing an account holder with a reasonable explanation for an adverse decision is important.

The reference to a group of associated traders does not, on its own, establish that each individual account engaged in the same conduct. My position is simply that my account should be evaluated based on my own transactions, activity, and conduct.

Likewise, the amount of previous payouts received by the group does not address the underlying issue. My concern is the basis for the decision to terminate my account and the conclusion that I was personally involved in payment fraud.

I remain willing to cooperate with any reasonable review and provide information necessary to clarify the matter. I would welcome an individual, account-specific review and a clear explanation of the basis for the decision, to the extent PropEd can reasonably provide one.

I am sharing this response simply to provide additional context and ensure that the public record reflects that I dispute the allegation and have requested an account-specific basis for the decision.

Still at the start of my trading with PropEd, nice clean easy to understand interface and better than most.

They Paid me finally after 12 Hours the Straight Rules no hidden ones and the Nexus platform is user-friendly to use. If they reduce their Review time that wish to be good one

Total scam, shoddy platform, buggy website... a waste of time.

As a newbie, I am just setting up accounts. I have found the support team exceptional. They are patient, kind and very responsive.

I like the set up but feel a bit underserved in education. I think it should include more training on entry and exits and chart reading.

Ethan has a great proprietary plan. Easy to follow and my results so far are +219%. Give Propedcapital a try...

Proped Capital were able to solve my issue with a screenshot and knew exactly the issue I was having. It was really an easy fix but I was not treated like I was an idiot as can be the cases with many of these types of companies. The support team member even reassured me when I wasn't sure I completely understood. It was so good to get great support from a very welcoming and genuinell interested person.
