Proof Hydration Arvostelua

10/10 product and delivery. Changed the way I function by day and night

By far my favourite electrolytes on the market, taste incredible and I’ve noticed such a difference from using them.
Always a quick delivery too and a great company to buy from!!

Immediately feel a long lasting boost. Honest product, no nasties

I have taken many different electrolytes but this one out does all of them. Great taste the right amount of minerals & vitamins no after taste and has made me feel 100% from going to the gym or just helping me through the day highly recommended 5*

Best electrolytes I’ve had, it keeps me hydrated and focused through out the day and tastes amazingly as well.

Best electrolytes I've taken. Love both flavours!

Fantastic product, exactly what I was looking for.

I noticed an almost instant boost to my energy daily and since then it’s my go to drink in the morning. No more coffee, this is all I need for a solid gym session and productive day at work!

Just ordered my second batch! Two a day minimum. Highly recommend, best out there in the market.

I have been taking proof for a few weeks now, on a daily basis and I genuinely would recommend it to anyone that lacks in energy. I feel great and on top of that, it’s become my replacement for coffee. Both flavours are great too. They have got this on point!

As somebody who uses electrolytes often I can honestly say proof are best I have ever used and I have noticed a difference in performance whilst exercising.
Defiantly wouldn’t use any other brand again

I’ve been searching for the perfect electrolyte brand for a while, but most options haven’t hit the mark—either they’re too sweet, too salty, or just hard to consume daily without becoming sickening. Proof strikes the perfect balance. After a few weeks of consistent use, I feel more rested, energised, and mentally sharp throughout the day…it also tastes great. I highly recommend it!

I am new to the electrolytes phenomenon but it can be overwhelming to find the right product for you. I am not an expert but electrolytes is an undifferentiated product. The chemical compound changes but essentially it is the same product being sold everywhere. Fortunately, Proof Hydration is an exception! It taste good, does not have an aftertaste, has all essential vit and minerals. I love the fact the flavour isnt too strong.

The best electrolytes I’ve ever tried! Best test, mild and not over powering. I feel so good afterwards and have seen a difference in my energy and immunity. Highly recommend!

Proof has been an amazing addition to my day to day! I have noticed increased levels since a week of taking. This has helped me in my teaching job but also my football training. Tastes great too!!

Great service. Delivery was efficient. The best tasting and most beneficial electrolytes I’ve had.

Great product. Only the essentials. Just what I need for my workouts!

Best flavour and really reasonable price. Couldn't live without it anymore!

Saw this in Vogue and really loved it. Taste is genuinely enjoyable vs others i've tried and have definitely seen a positive change in my energy and skin. Highly recommend!
