Excellent service
Excellent service - guy on the phone knew his job and sorted everything out in about 5 minutes. Sorted another problem while he was at it. Wasn't waiting too long for a call back either - about 30 minutes. Give that guy a raise.

Overall good experience
After an initial problem with my order not been received by their system even though I had a an email invoice. I phoned them the next day and after speaking with Cathy she sorted it out and phoned me back promptly. I received the item the next day.

Device ordered doesn't fit in carry pod. Phoned upon receipt, sent photos, followed up last week. However still waiting for response 10 days later.
