I have purchased several projectors & screens over the last 3-4 years from this company for the church that I attend. They have given excellent service and fast deliveries whenever I place an order. I would recommend Projector Super Store to anyone looking for quality products and service.

bait and switch. Ordered one projector and was told after I ordered it that it wasnt available but that another more expensive one was! Amazing coincidence.

When you stated the alternative was not acceptable, we refunded you in full without delay or question. I'm very sorry we could not fill your order as you wished, but we didn't bait'n'switch you sir... we simply tried to offer you an alternative in case it helped you. Good day, and good luck to you.

Helped us get a good projector fast

Helped us get a good projector fast! We needed an economical but business quality projector really quickly. The one we chose initially was backordered and delayed, but our contact suggested a comparable projector that could arrive in three days. It did! Great service.

The product was not in stock but that…

The product was not in stock but that is not indicated on the website. I had to order the product and wait a day for a sales rep to email me and tell me that it wasn't available. I wasted 24 hours or so on your website. This is terrible customer service and a waste of my time and yours.

Ordered a replacement projector bulb

Ordered a replacement projector bulb for our 9 year old Epson Powerlite 1945W projector. Order was fulfilled directly from the manufacturer in the time period quoted and arrived in well-protected, factory-sealed, packaging. Just waiting for the filters to arrive (unfortunately, I had to order them directly from EPSON) before I can clean the projector, install the parts, and test the lamp.

Amazing customer service

The help I received was excellent. My sales rep, Chris, helped me figure out what I needed and helped make sure I got it very quickly. All around it was customer service above and beyond expectation!! Thank you!
