My projector had multiple issues within first year of purchase. Reached out to ProjectorScreen customer support multiple times. Very poor customer service. Essentially they are the middleman in the projector business. It has taken me 6 months to get a partial solution. I got a screen with ripples in it. Nothing customer service can do. Left me to talk to the manufacturer who is in China, who couldnt provide a solution. Would caution everyone away from this company. Not a positive experience. Spent $2,000 and got a terrible experience.

Ordered a couple items through ProjectorScreen.com. My floor rising screen showed up promptly and worked no problem! They were upfront about shipping times and helped me through every step of the way. Also purchased a motorized shelf for my UST and it made a big difference setting up my projector. I would recommend them to anyone who needs home theater equipment!

They don’t state if they don’t have the item in stock. Been waiting 2 weeks they said me a link from some weird Chinese company that I guess it gets shopped straight here. No tracking number nothing. When I messaged them they said I should call the shipper not their problem.still waiting. Still
No date on when item will arrive

I ordered wall paint ($200) for my projector on 05/23. A week after on 05/30, I contacted their customer service to check on the order. They assured me it would ship the following Monday (06/02). On 06/08, I had follow up again and they finally shipped the paint on 06/09, which I received on 06/11, almost 3 weeks after placing my order. I give the poor rating because I had to actively contact their customer service to get the order fulfilled. I also asked if they could give me some discount for the inconvenience. After flatly refusing, they agreed to a $5 discount, which quite doesn't do it. Overall, disappointed with the service.

We’ll see how it goes. Didn’t have the best interaction with Brian. Will update my review accordingly in a couple weeks.

I must be very unlucky as I hd to go through 3 different projectors before I got one that was problem free. I was lucky however that I purchased my projector from projectorscreen.com.
My first projector was an LG HU915QB, a very expensive UST projector. After about 3 weeks or so it started to have power issues and would randomly shutoff while watching tv.
Instead of making me deal with warranty service from LG, they handled the replacement themselves and sent me another brand new unit.
Unfortunately my new unit developed the same problem. At this point I was fed up with LG and didn’t want to have this repaired or replaced with a new one.
Cristiane helped me by letting me return this unit and get a different model which actually ended up being less expensive and now I have a perfectly functioning Formovie Theater UST and a couple thousand dollars back in my bank account.
I will be upgrading my receiver and speakers soon too and will certainly be buying them from projectorscreen.com

High quality screens for projectors - improved the quality of image substantially.

This company is EXTREMELY helpful. I had virtually no clue what I needed to put together my home theater and they spent a lot of time on the phone with me helping to put the package together.

I ordered a podium from projector screen through amazon. This was a gift for my daughters teacher and wasn't sure the free shipping time line would get it here in time. I emailed the company and was so impressed with the fast response! Norah was amazing and went above and beyond to get the podium to us in time for the last day of school, even emailing and calling me after hours (I'm west coast she was on east coast time) to let me know the status of the product! The podium arrived in time and was easy to assemble! My daughters teacher loved the gift! I would definitely recommend projectors careen.com, they should take pride in their customer service!

I needed a fixed frame screen for a movie/game room for my house. I found projectorscreen.Com through a Google search And ended up calling them to make sure I bought the right thing.

They recommended a few different screens based on my projector, size of room and the windows we have to the side of where the screen will be.

Screen arrived 7 days after I ordered using their free shipping.

I ended up going with the Draper Onyx, and my family LOVE it!!

I am going to have the most baller setup there is this superbowl with the new screen & projector setup I bought from ProjectorScreen.com.
I bought a 135" fixed frame screen and a 1080p projector both for under $1,500.
