A very comprehensive report and great advice. Use of drone for aerial views was a bonus. Lots of photos.

At the start this was one of the first surveyors I spoke to who could actually guarantee when they could do the survey and get the report to me- everyone else was very keen to take my money but was not particularly helpful with my specific deadlines.

Gordon completed my survey very quickly and contacted me the same day with the high level results; the full report followed shortly after. I had a level 3 report and found it to be very comprehensive, even including drone pictures of the roof.

Overall I'm very happy with the service and am glad I went with a smaller business that was able to provide a much better service than the larger providers.

Gordon delivered a great service. He was extremely helpful and timely with his surveying and report. We received emails and tracked through the portal when the survey was taking place (2-3 days later after arranging). We then received an on the day call post survey from Gordon explaining in detail the key issues identified and providing his professional opinion. We then following a bank holiday received the comprehensive report 2 days later. Really appreciate how smooth and timely the whole process was. Particularly appreciate the detail provided in the report and it was really easy to understand following Gordon's call.

He told me he will tell me the rought estimate of the cost of repairs but he didn't.

Excellent service, communication and timeliness

I made a level 3 survey booking with Project & Survey for the property I am purchasing. The first person I spoke with, Jemma, promptly scheduled the dates with my estate agents within the first fifteen minutes of our conversation. The company also offered the flexibility to pay on or before the survey date. This was quite helpful because other vendors I spoke with were rigid about not allowing me to schedule a date until the payment was made.

Gordon did the property survey. Shortly after finishing the survey, he gave me a call to discuss the preliminary results. He spent a good 45 minutes taking me through the suspect concerns that I could have on the property. The report was quite detailed and actionable for me to take the appropriate next steps. Gordon was so kind as to help me when I required clarification twice after sharing the report, and he was pleased to walk me through the steps.

I am very grateful to him for both the incredible work he completed with the utmost honesty and the equally amazing person he is. Thank you so much :)

Very thorough survey. Effort made to have a pre meeting to address my initial areas of concern with the property. Effort in checking everything (incl roofs, loft, outside space) thoroughly. Would use them again!

I booked through the online portal, which was straightforward to use. The survey was organised very quickly, Gordon gave me a call after completing it to provide an overview of potential issues and clarify anything. The report was comprehensive and has helped us check a few things with the vendors before proceeding. All in all, great service at a good price point.
