Ordered "Purple Happiness", got whatever flowers that were gonna die that day, few yellow, few pink, just whatever....
The "Large Teddy Bear", looked absolutely nothing like the picture, even the bow fell off...
Ordered my wife a birthday cake, instead she got "Happy Mothers Day".....
Delivery driver showed up an hour PAST the latest delivery time slot.
Just an all around bad experience

Time and time again I keep falling for their "it won't happen next time sir". They send black rose which are actually red roses with pathetic spray paint. The cake was delivered as if its been dropped and then carelessly put back on. The flowers were fresh but nothing like the picture which showed a big bouquet. This is the 3rd time they have messed up the occasion for me. Never Again

This person is number 1 scammer bullshit guy. Stole my money and gave it back a year later.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This business has held my money hostage for OVER A YEAR, refusing to process my refund despite me NEVER receiving any product. First, they told me to wait a month—then that month turned into a year of being ignored, given excuse after excuse, and treated with complete disrespect.

Their customer service is beyond terrible. Instead of resolving the issue like a professional, the person I dealt with had the audacity to talk down to me and even threatened to "get the authorities involved"—for what? Expecting my OWN money back? Absolutely disgraceful.

And their excuse? A supposed "bank issue." But let’s be real—why should I, as a customer, be the one suffering for their internal problems? If there’s a delay on THEIR end, they should handle it themselves instead of making me wait endlessly. I had to chase them down multiple times just to get what was rightfully mine.

No one should ever have to go through this. If you value your time, money, and sanity, STAY FAR AWAY from this business. They do not care about their customers, they do not honor their commitments, and they certainly do not deserve anyone’s trust.

First and foremost if there was an option for zero stars I would give ZERO…these dishonest people held my money for nearly 1 year and 2 months…after constantly being ignored eventually the “customer care” were being disrespectful…
