Adam Cooper is a rogue trader. My ivory leather lazyboy chair is now a pastel pink. Luckily the 180pound he wanted did not leave our bank account into his. All the emails I have sent him have bounced back and there is no way I can contact him. Do not employ him his work is shocking. Is there any one that can give me advise on how i get rid of the pastel pink i would be very grateful
I had Adam Cooper to address my drivers seat.
He left my seat sticky, unsealed, I have product on my clothing, it came off on a cloth. I sent photos and was ignored. I went through the website and have had several poor grammatically spelt emails.
I have been insulted, accused of misuse, accused of not paying when it was a bank transfer. Then gave the exact time the money was received.
He is a scammer and unprofessional. He hides behind the terms and conditions and has no intention of adhering to the 30 day clause.
I paid £120 in good faith and its not even a good match.
He said an hour to dry. I gave it two. A week later still sticky and coming off.
Despite contacting Adam via Email requesting he refunds money paid for work not completed I have received no reply ( unsurprisingly) this guy took total of £240 cash from us and my sofa, chairs and footstool are wrecked due to him not sealing the dye ……..

Job half done - I messaged with pictures to show areas of concern (sofa pillows were put back whilst wet so made marks, only visible areas treated, sides of pillows and sofas not done at all) with kind request to return.
I got a really unprofessional message back and then I was ignored. No responses to WhatsApp (Which was original method of comms) not phone call
Complete lack of professionalism and no resolution, no response to my further reach outs from Adam.
Really disappointed.
