Rebecca is a fantastic therapist, she really helped me to overcome my confidence issues. Through working together Rebecca helped me to understand the route cause of my problems and helped me to think of strategies I could use in the future. I would definitely recommend working with Rebecca!

Rebecca has helped my confidence massively
Rebecca has given me a lot of help with my facial ticks and with stress management. This is a problem I have struggled with for most of my life and now, thanks to Rebecca, I am finally getting some control over. This has massively helped my confidence and my quality of life. I couldn't recommend her services enough, she's very professional, friendly and can help with a huge range of issues.

I worked with Rebecca for a nail-biting habit I have had for over 35 years.
Rebecca helped me to get to the underlying root cause and release the belief that was driving this habit. It's been over three weeks now and my nails have grown and I haven't once thought about biting them. Thank you so much Rebecca.

Rebecca is an amazing therapist. In only one session she was able to get to the root cause of my procrastination that I had been experiencing for many years! She was extremely professional, personable and we actually had fun during our session. I highly recommend seeing Rebecca for help with procrastination
