This customer emailed us on 6/30/25 to start a return for a Whiteline Control Arm set they ordered a couple weeks before. The customer told us that he sold his car and no longer had a use for this item. We approved the RMA # without issue. However, when the parts was actually returned to us, we noticed they had significant marks, scratches, and dents on them, indicative of attempted installation. Therefore, we had to deny the return, but we did ship the parts back to the customer with FedEx 882757204229 and they should be delivered soon.
Despite the above, management decided to refund the customer in full for this order. The reason is that one part of the return process was skipped (having the customer verify the condition of the part), and we accept responsibility for that.
Love this company but they don't honor…
Love this company but they don't honor refunds, beware. (Edit) Pro Civic replied trying to act clueless. They sold me defective Injectors, lost $320 :(

Bad Quality Control, but corrected by company
Great company, had a bad product, warped and lost while driving. The company responded (albeit quite a few months later) and righted the issue by sending me a replacement. So no problems, though still a little misshapen which is the reason for 4 stars. But good company, and I look forward to working with them again.

Relief for Newbies
Figured to post this here separately, but I wanted to wait to write my review until I received all of the parts I purchased from this site. Now that they've arrived (all in one piece by the way), I can confidently say that ProCivic is more than trustworthy for your hard-earned money to spend on project car parts. As a newbie in the whole car scene with building and being a first-time purchaser, their customer service helped me out a bunch in understanding what their process was in managing the transaction and shipping. HUGE shoutout to Anthony who reached out to me about my purchase and Oscar for walking me through things on the phone. I was scared about purchasing parts from many places other than big companies (which didn't end up having the parts I wanted), but I'm stoked and relieved to have went with this company. I will be purchasing more parts for my 8th Gen again in the near future, but for those who read these reviews due to being wary of being scammed, I hope this helps wipe away the doubts.

Not good service. I received side mirrors from this company and one of them came in scratched up another problem I had was that I bought the oem style mirror cap what I got was a oem style mirror but was missing some of the clips and instead is replaced with a sticky adhesive which was half assed on there. I called the company letting them know that one of them is scratched and the one I put on was not the one that was scratched the brand new one still packaged was scratched. I told this to the customer service rep and he said they can’t take it because I put it on how are you suppose to know if it fits if you can’t put it on ? What if you put it on and then notice a defect ? These policy’s are nonsense. They won’t take a brand new mirror cap that was damaged by them because I opened the packaging. Eventually they said I can send the item back but they require that you use FedEx or ups but when they send the package they use Usps this doesn’t make sense maybe if they used ups or FedEx to send it, it may have not gotten damaged. Anyway they want you to send it and also insure it and they don’t pay for any of that on top of that they charge you 15% restocking fee if you choose to get a refund and not store credit. Website seems like a scam if you try to return something the rep was nice but very bad experience and will not be buying anything from here again and will not recommend this company. I just bought my Honda civic and was going to use this website a lot but how this situation was handled it makes me scared and definitely does not Intice me to keep buying from here.

Upon contact, we did request images to confirm the damages and concerns. Upon receiving the images, you did also request the parts to be returned. Per our procedures, we did offer a replacement. A rep even called you to confirm, but you denied it. As such, it followed standard returns procedures. We always want to ensure our customers do receive the parts they ordered and will also send replacements if something arrives damaged. Again, we definitely did offer a replacement to ensure you receive an undamaged option. With you denying a replacement, it is treated as a regular return. Since the process is still ongoing, we can still offer a replacement as was initially mentioned. If you still wish to do so, please let us know or we can have a rep contact you as well. I am sorry to hear about your situation. We can certainly help answer some of the questions you have here. Do note that you did email us over the weekend when we are closed. A reply was sent to you in the morning of 9/18. As was mentioned in the email, the intake will definitely fit the 2021 models. This will fit all the 10th gen (2016-2021) 1.5T non-si models. However, you are in Canada and we have a special note on the site for Canada models. The washer tank must be replaced with a US version or equivalent. The manufacturer also notates this as well. The email reply should have included the link to the manufacturer site for confirmation along with installation instructions as well. Hopefully this helps, if you feel we have helped you, please consider revising your review.

Calling and saying that the part that was ordered was not available even after calling the manufacturer was above and beyond. Then recommending another manufacture to get my order together was awesome. Most companies would have just said back ordered and never thought twice.
