I ordered two blouses using THEIR size chart. The blouses took more than a month to arrive. They are HUGH. They advertise a 30 day money back gurantee from the time of purchase. I contacted them for a return the very day the items arrived. They said no returns, but they'd offer a discount on my next order. I sent them a screen shot of their money back guranantee. They offered a bigger discount. They said the item would be too costly to return to China. The package didn't originate in China, it originated in Spain and was sent to me from Los Angeles, only 60 miles from my home. They refused to honor their money back guarantee. The kicker is a few hours after ordering I got a bad feeling and tried to cancel. They said they could not cancel because the order had been processed (but it took over a month to arrive), but they said I could refuse recepit or return in once it arrived. Also, they process payments under a different company name and add on fees. By changing the name of the company that processes the payments, the charge can't be disputed. TOTAL 100% SCAM.

From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The service was friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable.

I especially appreciated how attentive the staff were without being pushy. They answered all my questions and even offered helpful recommendations. The quality of the product was excellent — you can really tell they care about the details.

The whole process was smooth, fast, and enjoyable. I left feeling very satisfied, and I’d happily come back again. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a great experience!

Ordered a squirrel proof bird feeder which isn’t big enough to hold one bird. Secondly the top part doesn’t fit so unable to hang it from a tree. It went through customs in Ireland. Yeah right.
Expensive lesson to learn.

This is a SCAM company. They're located in China and do not send you product you ordered. They only take your money. DO NOT USE THEM!

They ignored my email to cancel an order and sent it anyways (i cancelled it 30 seconds after ordering because they charge double than what amazon is charging for the exact same item). There's also no way to cancel an order yourself. This is done on purpose to make returns hard for the customer. Dishonest business.

Just don’t but anything from them , on the top of being overcharged $20 for no reason , I never ever received my package, it has been more then a month

The company (Sanmoleo Co. Ltd) has a money-back guarantee. I was invoiced $35.23 ($24.99 + shipping and shipping insurance) for 3 items that promised to melt ice and snow on windshields. But they actually charged PayPal $45.80 without my knowledge.

I tried one for two nights in a row as directed with no effect; it didn't work. When I asked for a refund, the company first tried to assert that the items were delivered, which wasn't in dispute. Then they offered me $5 to just keep the non-functioning items, saying shipping them back would be prohibitively expensive.
