Refinancing my car loan through Proactive Vehicle Finance was a breeze. Their customer service was exceptional, and I always had access to assistance whenever I needed it. The CSR did a great job of explaining the process and offered professional guidance every step of the way. Plus, their communication regarding the application status was top notch.

Financing my car
Dan, at Proactive Vehicle & Equipment Finance Ltd, was very helpful with how I go about financing my car. This is my first purchase too, and I am not technical minded, but Dan took the pressure off me, guided me all the way and I am very pleased from start to finish with the help and the professionalism that I received.
