Work not carried out to expectations.
Company is owned by Johnathan Pugh. I contracted him to build a hard standing and opening to allow access for my motorcycle in the small yard at rear of my house. I specifically told him that it must not pool water and he assured me that it wouldn’t. However it certainly does, extensively and presents a hazard in winter. When I pointed this out to him he became argumentative and suggested that it was because of the levels existing before construction and that it was not his problem. He said he could fit a removable plug, which may allow water to soak away, but he has so far failed to return to do so. Johnathan is argumentative and petulant and does not take kindly to criticism. I would be very wary of employing him for any important project.
