What a fantastic service provided by Pro scan imaging! The whole process, from booking to attending my appointment was seamless! Speedy, attentive communication throughout and was made to feel very comfortable and nerves at ease whilst on the scanner. The facility was absolutely spotless. I would highly recommend their services.

From my initial enquiry I was contacted promptly with a cost for the scans. Upon accepting the offer I was given an appointment date option within a few days.
I had a query prior to the appointment which was effectively dealt with by Zak.
The appointment was bang on the arranged time and the procedure was explained thoroughly in an understandable way before going into the scanner.
After the scan Zak showed me a few images etc and explained that the radiologist would send a report within 48 hours, it took just 24 hours.
The report seems pretty thorough and explains the findings in medical language which I will need to have explained to me by my Doctor/ consultant, and I was told the actual MRI scans can be requested by them to analyse.
All in all I was very happy with the experience and praise Zak for his kind and professional approach.

After being denied a MRI scan by the NHS( which was suggested I had by an hospital in Ireland), I contacted Pro scan Imaging, what can I say, I got an appointment the next day, fantastic service, everything was explained to me clearly.

I got an appojntment within 2 hours of applying for an MRI scan.
I received the MRI report within 24 hours of the scan.
The process was slick and professional from start to finish.
Couldnt be more satisied by the whole process.
** I did offer Zac some constructive criticism...suggested that maybe advise clients to bring socks to wear during the scan if you tend like me, to feel the cold on your feet....

I had my mri scan with zac at pro scanning today. My experience was excellent. They where very organised, excellent time keeping and kept you well informed. They went above and beyond to back to me asap with the result's and what they had found. I throughly recommend them.

Recommend by my Physio and everything was excellent. Appointment in a couple of days and report 2 days later. Easily found their place. Excellent communication via Zak and he was there to make sure everything went smoothly at my appointment. Would recommend to anyone who doesn’t want to wait for NHS appointment.
