Private Label Labs is a U.S.-based cosmetic and personal care manufacturer focused on helping brands bring high-quality products to market with a faster, more transparent, and more collaborative manufacturing experience. Our company was built from firsthand experience. Before becoming a manufacturer, we launched our own beauty brand and experienced many of the same challenges that brand owners face today, including slow production timelines, limited communication, high minimum order quantities, and a lack of flexibility. Those experiences inspired us to create Private Label Labs. Today, we work with emerging entrepreneurs, established brands, e-commerce businesses, salons, and retailers to develop and manufacture skincare, hair care, body care, and other cosmetic products. Our capabilities include private label manufacturing, custom formulation and R&D, product sampling, packaging and component sourcing, filling, labeling, and production support. We believe manufacturing should feel like a partnership. Our team works closely with customers throughout the development and production process, with an emphasis on communication, transparency, quality, and helping brands successfully move from concept to finished product. Whether you are launching your first product, expanding an existing line, or looking for a new manufacturing partner, Private Label Labs is committed to helping you build products you can confidently put your name behind.

We were manufacturing in China before…

We were manufacturing in China before working with Private Label Labs and then shipping everything to a separate 3PL in the U.S. Once we started doing more volume it honestly became a pain managing all the different moving parts.

We moved everything over to PLL and now they manufacture our products and handle the 3PL fulfillment side for us too. It’s just been way easier having everything in one place instead of dealing with an overseas manufacturer and a separate fulfillment company.

We’re already an established brand so we weren’t looking for someone to teach us how to launch a product, we needed a manufacturing partner that could actually handle our volume and make our operation simpler. So far it’s been a really good move for us.

Thanks so much for sharing this. We’re really glad the move has made things easier for your team. Having manufacturing and fulfillment under one roof can make a huge difference once volume starts picking up.

We really appreciate the trust you’ve put in us and we’re excited to keep growing with you.
