Super grateful, literally what you want when you’re paying money for this.
Very quick telephone appointment availability (less than half an hour from booking), Dr Khela was very kind, respectful and reassuring. I received a detailed and written follow up, and a free follow up call. The doctor was understanding and not dismissive of my questions and concerns as my NHS GP would be. It costs money, but you get a great run for your money here and totally recommend this place, because when you’re unwell you need to be taken care of.

Dr Dattanni was very professional and set out a goal and plan to achieve the best outcome given my health issues. Diagnostic testing was organised very quickly and we had the result with days.
Our journey from from initial consultation to diagnosis and was very speedy.
I would recommend the practise to anyone needing comprehensive medical help

Appointment was on time. Polite and professional staff. The clinician I dealt with was very good at administering the vaccines with minimal discomfort. She also explained the side effects and was careful about checking for pre-existing conditions etc.
HOWEVER, I was really disappointed to discover that the Yellow Fever vaccine I had booked could not be done on the same day but will have to wait until a week has passed. This is due to my age, yet my application before getting the appointment clearly showed my date of birth. I had to travel to Poole from Weymouth as there don't seem to be any clinics near me that offer these vaccination services. This now means I will have to make another trip next week; if I had known this I would have tried to book somewhere else.

Unbelievable service. Same day saw a GP, got my medication by a text prescription and I’m now feeling so much better. It’s just so nice to be listened to and felt cared for. The doctor was so lovely! Also booking online was straightforward

Got a telephone appointment quickly for my spouse on 16th May at 8.45pm, luckily minor health issue but then was charged £25 prescription for an over the counter medicine that was also charged at a premium. I would not use this service again .

I drove 45 minutes for this appointment due to my son having a fever. I was able to get an appointment on the same day, however when we were seen by the doctor the thermometer wasn't working so they were unable to check his temperature, they didn't even do any other obs. I was just told to take him to urgent care. I don't feel the £85 I paid for this appointment was worth it at all. This was at the Hagley Road branch in Birmingham

If I could give 10 stars then I would, 5 stars is not enough. I spoke with Dr Dattani on the the telephone about my mri scan and issue with my cervical spine and he was absolutely brilliant. He gave me clear advice on options I have to get my issue sorted. Would fully recommend him in a heartbeat. Thank you once again

I had a GP Telephone appointment with Dr Pyria. I was away from home and needed to seek advice from a GP out of hours. Dr Pryia provided excellent Private healthcare when I needed it the most.

Prescription for meds for trip provided by a lovely doctor!

Excellent service. We got a telephone appointment within minutes and received a prescription for antibiotics 5 minutes later. Absolutely no problem getting the prescription filled at Lloyd’s. I will never spend a week trying to get an nhs appointment with my gp again.

i had booked an appointment for my son as NHS medical practice was fully booked and he needed a GP… has been one big upsell of tests -they see students coming. The booking was for a GP, he has only seen a “clinician” and left with no treatments for an infection but a recomendation for expensive tests … he was still unwell so eventually got an NHS appointment a few days later. Transpired he needed antibiotics and a steroid spray but at Osborne all he was offered was allergy tests and an expensive hayfever jab. A rip off. He had been once before and we ended up paying for expensive blood tests… which were unnecessary in our opinion.

Fast appointment, consultation was not rushed.

I’d advise people to read the terms and conditions very thoroughly to check whether this clinic can actually provide the service you need. I made the mistake of booking an appointment urgently when let down by the NHS and assuming that the advertised GP services would reflect what could be done by my usual GP or indeed an NHS 111 GP (also not my regular or registered doctor).
Having booked a video appointment, I was contacted prior to the booked appointment by telephone only. Whilst the doctor was very empathetic and pleasant, it was clear within a few minutes he wasn’t able to do anything that I couldn’t have done over the counter which rendered the appointment utterly pointless.
When I reached out to customer services, they have simply pointed to terms and conditions and told me they will only credit the difference between a telephone and video appointment. Provided of course that I arrange a time for them to contact me by phone to refund something that was easily processed online in seconds.
Frankly I don’t think this is in the spirit of clarity for a business potentially dealing with members of the public who may be in a vulnerable position.

I’ve had an overwhelmingly positive experience with Private Medical Clinic. I was able to book my first appointment within a couple of hours, and every interaction with the admin team has been very prompt and efficient.

Dr Dattani has been excellent throughout. With his support, I’ve gone from relatively poor health to the best shape I’ve been in during my adult life. The care has felt personalised, responsive, and genuinely focused on outcomes.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I got an appointment immediately on a Saturday. The doctor, Priya, called right on time for the consultation, was thorough and patient. She asked relevant questions, discussed medications and treatment with me until everything was clear and was calm and reassuring. I am quite happy with this company.

Being concerned about a worsening cough and other symptoms, and unable to get an appointment with my own GP, I was relieved to be able to see a clinician (Priya) at the Derby clinic within hours. The consultation was unrushed, very thorough and I came away reassured.

First time coming to the private medical clinic in Oxford. Starting with such a welcoming receptionist - I should have gotten her name! so welcoming. The practitioner Seyed was amazing, friendly, very efficient. Thankyou so much Oxford private medical clinic.
