I never review anything on here but I feel like I have to..
I made an appointment with a GP to go over some blood results I had done because I wasn't feeling myself.
Not only did my over-the-phone appointment go over the allotted time slot I had, I also received a call back from the GP 10 minutes later in which he recommended me something else I should do to start feeling better.
It really gave me some hope and security knowing that the GP didn't just end our call and go to the next patient, he cared enough to help me beyond what he was obligated to do.
I highly recommend this service! 10/10 from me.

Excellent care if NHS services unavailable
I am visiting Scotland from the US. Shortly after arrival, a sinus infection started up and was steadily worsening. I was unable to find care. My daughter located PMC online, called and scheduled a phone appointment for the following morning - a Sunday morning. Mr. Kishan Mariana called at the appointment time. He was kind, thorough, and professional. After assessing symptoms he arranged for a prescription through Signature Rx. We went to Boots and it was filled with no fuss. Within 24 hours I was feeling substantially better- thanks to the care received (and the medication to be sure). I am so grateful for the care offered by Mr. Mariana and PMC.

Very professional experience. The doctor asked many questions about my medical condition, medicines taken, symptoms. Prescribed an antibiotic. Sent Rx to my email. Suggested I follow up to when I return home to my country. A very good experience.

Website I felt wasn't very clear on how much prescription would be in total, but definitely worth it.
Would do again, but would budget a bit more for prescription costs

Not a real GP
I paid a lot of money for a private appointment only to find out it wasn’t an actual GP doctor. It was with a physician associate. She was thorough but kept having to ‘confirm with the doctor after’. The company was advertised as a same day gp appointment but it wasn't what I paid for. GP’s have a lot more extensive training and knowledge so I don’t think it was fair to do that. The appointment did not benefit me as I had hoped with limited advice.

Convenient, efficient and you are front and centre.
I love the efficiency in booking an appointment with times slots available to choose one that fits in with my schedule. I love the fact I can talk to a Doctor about my concerns without being pushed through the door. I appreciate the time and knowledge to run through options and most of all the turn around time for testing, yes I appreciate it comes at a cost, but the peace of mind and future planning is a far greater service that i have ranged within the GP service. I felt there was a genuine interest to understand my position and conditions and provide clear options for my benefit and not classed as a number. The quick analysis of results and clear explanation leaving me fully informed. If you are not feeling at you best you want quick information not days of delay so you can get on with life. PMC have provided that service on every occasion and recommend them based on my experiences.

5 Star Service
I was traveling from USA, and only in UK for a few days before going to north Africa. Needed some prescription only antibiotics, so called PMC, who were able to assist at a very reasonable price. Excellent service.

Weekend Appointments
This was my 2nd time using. My 1st time using I would have given them 5 stars (which is why I went back a second time).
Whole process is (generally speaking) end to end good - tech easy to book, easy to pay (to start with), GP turned up on time both times and both times was excellent. However, the second booking took place at a weekend. There was a problem with paying the second stage payment (for the GP to write the prescription) at log-in point. Now, the data error was mine but it does not alter the fact that at weekends, if you have a tech problem, there is no-one to call (Help Desk is open M-F). So, you could have a GP handle their end of the deal and be terrific but if you have a payment or tech problem (which is not with the GP) then you can't get your prescription code, which on both occasions I used the service was the point - fast GP, fast prescription, no A&E, no 2 week wait for GP. So, beware on the weekend bookings piece. Don't offer the services if your help desk is not open. To add insult to injury I sent several follow up emails complaining and no-one came back to me until I pushed for the follow up by phone. That looked bad.

We completely understand your frustration that, despite receiving excellent care from the GP, you were unable to complete the final payment stage and obtain your prescription code as quickly as expected.
We also apologise for the delay in responding to your follow-up emails. We appreciate that having to chase us for a response was disappointing and did not reflect the efficient service you experienced during your consultations.
Your feedback regarding weekend technical support and communication has been noted and will be shared with the relevant team for review. We genuinely appreciate your constructive comments, as they help us identify areas where we can improve the patient journey from booking through to receiving a prescription.

Access to Care
I would give 5 if the platform had sent me an notification that the provider was going to be late for our appointment They did respond after I asked why no one had called
The actual experience was great What a wonderful service I didn’t want to get dressed and sit in an urgent care waiting with other sick people In 10 minutes I was able to get the help I needed which is totally cool!
I can’t emphasize enough how important access to healthcare is And that is what this service provides -access to care
