Very disappointing return experience. We returned a Dream FX filter because it produced none of the advertised optical effect and essentially behaved like clear glass. Prism Lens FX confirmed receipt and said they would test it, but weeks later we still have not received the inspection result.

Instead of refunding the purchase price, they issued store credit despite our repeatedly explaining that this was a defective/not-as-described product claim, not a change-of-mind return. Communication has also been unnecessarily drawn out, including refusing to discuss the issue until the account holder personally reconfirmed authorization.

At this point, we have returned the product, received no meaningful explanation of their testing, and still have no refund. Very frustrating customer service experience.

Very poor customer service. I ordered but forgot to put promo code in, but I emailed customer service right away and even tried calling them but they said sorry order already placed to which I suggested cancel it as it has only been few minutes but they wouldn't.
Also when product arrived it was in bad shape and returning that is a hassle to as no reply to email or calls.
Stay away from this company.

Im very happy with the filter I ordered. Quick and easy shipping to Sweden. Well packed and the filter came in a nice soft filter pouch.
