Extremely Disappointed with Priority Relocations
I hired Priority Relocations for my international move. Initially, everything went smoothly, and I was confident in their service. Unfortunately, that changed quickly.
I had a valuable piece of equipment in my shipment — critical for my work — and I repeatedly asked the team to ensure it was handled carefully. I was assured the shipment was insured and would be safe.
When the 17 boxes arrived, they were in terrible shape. It was clear that all boxes had been opened during customs or inspection, the contents unpacked, and thrown back in without care. Many items were damaged, and the most important device was badly broken — repair costs are over €1200, comparable to buying a new one.
I provided detailed evidence to the company. Their response? Generic apologies and the revelation that their “insurance” only covers full loss of the entire shipment — not damage. This was never mentioned beforehand.
I’m now awaiting a second shipment sent by sea and I’m extremely worried about what to expect.
After payment, their communication dropped significantly. My advice: avoid trusting this company with anything valuable.
