ZERO STARS. Never delivered. They asked me to chase the foreign shipping carrier for deliver. It’s a total scam. AVOID! If you bought this product and are waiting for shipping confirmation/ delivery, REFUSE THE CHARGE on your card now because you’ll never get it. Save yourself the headache.

I would give zero stars if I could. This company is a scam. They took my money, but they never delivered my order. It's been 5 weeks. They refuse to refund or send a new item. Very disappointing!

I would give zero if I could. The item was ordered 12/23 and didn't arrive until 1/13. they were unhelpful in tracking and claimed 10 business days for delivery. This seems like a lot more than that to me, even with the holiday.
The item finally arrived AFTER my son the recipient had left. Sure, I opened the package but I can't use the product. It's not to my SATISFACTION or use, and it was so late I couldn't give to him.
They told me it was outside 14 day return (it's not, since it's from delivery) and that it was OPENED.
So they will not offer a return or refund, they are "sorry" to inform.
I will be taking up the ladder, since so far I have been offered sorry, 20% refund, and should gift it to someone who can use it.

Product was never delivered, and I haven't received a refund. I will be disputing the charge on my credit card.

I decided that I could not use the printpod for what I thought. I contacted the company via email (they don't have any phone numbers) to start a return/refund. I did as they asked and sent a photo of the item UNOPENED and was denied a return/refund because they claimed I had opened it. After a back and forth and me being very insistent that I was adhering to their return policy, which states that it "can be returned if for ANY REASON you are DISSATISFIED with the product." They ran the 14 day return clock out and stopped responding to my emails. I will be reporting them to the proper institutions for unfair and deceptive business practices.

Printpod is a scam company and should be reported to federal agencies. Instagram does not do enough to protect consumers from defective, misleading products.

Product undelivered after multiple emails stating that carrier kept changing out of China. They have refused a refund, and instead want to ship again with me paying additional shipping costs. Disputing charge with credit card company. Recommend to avoid company.

Worst purchasing experience I have ever had. Spent nearly $300.00 on order of 3 printers during the Holidays on 12/23/24 and never received any part of order and did not receive ANY response from from 2 emails sent 12/30/24 and 12/30/24.

Ordered in 12/15, claimed to ship on 12/16. The order arrived on 12/31 and was in an ordinary bubble mailer with a return address belonging to a woman in Texas. There was no indication of this being from a business. I had to open the package to discover what was in it. Obviously, this was way past Christmas and I started a return. The printer and paper were unopened and unused. Per their policy, I was eligible for a return/refund. Customer service DENIED my request on the basis that the product was not in the “original packaging,” aka the generic bubble mailer. Deceitful, manipulative. It says “14 day money-back guarantee.” Misleading is an understatement. Also, you can get one of these for around $25 on Amazon. I was a sucker, made an impulsive purchase, and I’m stuck with it. Beware.

Do not buy any products from Print Pod. I ordered 3 Print Pods and a set of 3 paper rolls and only received a set of 3 paper rolls. When I notified Print Pod that my order was incomplete, they asked for pictures of what I reveiced and pictues of the packaging. After I sent them pictures of the set of 3 paper rolls and the small plastic envelope it came in, they said they could not do anything about it because I notified them outside their 14-day money back guaranty window. I am out amost $200 with a "too bad, so sad" response from the company.

I would give this 0 stars if possible. This company is fraudulent. I paid for two print pods for my kids for Christmas, and I only received one (ordered December 2nd and received December 22nd). I reached out to have the issue rectified and they summarily write an email saying they checked with the “appropriate department” and that two were sent. There is no phone number to call, etc. This is an absolute scam. Check out their Instagram, there’s a reason they have comments disabled.

I can't review the functionality of this product because I never received it. Customer service is basically telling me too bad. Won't send a refund. I ordered on Dec 10 and on January 2 I still don't have my $100 printer. No cares by the company. Don't buy it!!!

I really should have given them no stars. Buyer beware. I ordered the “Print Pod”…. Didn’t need it.
A simple refund is all I needed.
I did get a refund, finally. It took a while.

Wouldn't accept a return - unopened - after it took two weeks to get to me even though they stated that they would refund if in unopened condition - don't buy from them if you are unsure.
