Printingblue Arvostelua

I always communicate with Lisa at Printing Blue. She is always very helpful and makes sure my work comes to life as expected. Communication is great and always relatively fast responses, allowing for time difference as i do note that despite claims of location, it is always Pakistan that i receive communication from and orders sent from. However i dont see this as a negative, have been ordering from them for years and never had an issue.

Quality result, a very helpful and proactive, Gracie Hamilton and the team provided an excellent service.

I bought custom boxes and was satisfied with customer service and the quality of the boxes

Professional, helpful, friendly and high quality service.

Great communication and prices. Very flexible and high quality printing.

Had very good experience with the design team. Production quality was good and the sales team was very helpful.

Provided super polite service along with an excellent quality product and plenty of samples to ensure satisfaction. Met my in-hand date under tight timing.

Thanks!

Really lovely custom product with inscription (custom size folder for 2 Papal Blessings). Lisa was just amazing at maintaining constant contact and assuring that the design met my requirements exactly. Thank you Lisa and the team.

Excellent service! I

Printing Blue has delivered exactly what was promised in a timely manor.

Printingblue has a responsive and friendly customer service. Ordered with them before and I feel like the sticker quality used to be better last year. Also encountered some problems with payment etc leading to a long back and forth because Printingblue first didn't want to refund me the amount that was owed to me. Would probably order from them again because prices are good and customer service is responsive etc. But just want to mention these two things.

Review Update: I got a call from Printing blue's quality assurance manager. He asked for more information on the troubles I was experiencing. I got reassured that they will ensure that the quality is better next time, they will even add extra quantity. Printingblue makes sure that their customers get what they want! Thank you.

Amazing service and great communication. ive used a few printers but this is by far the best

We've used Printing Blue for a few sticker projects now and they've always been fantastic! Very easy to work with, efficient, and timely deliveries!

We use Printingblue for most of our printing needs. They are helpful and engaging from start to finish.
From authorization, the proof to delivery is about 2.5 weeks, with an option to have it sooner.

I have used PrintingBlue for my custom sized product boxes for a while now. This was the first time I also added custom printing. Lisa was amazing, very patient when proofing & reproofing designs. I highly recommend.

We've used Lisa for two custom packaging orders now and she's been fantastic both times. She's been so helpful at configuring things to our needs and so promt with everything. Definitely recommend Printing Blue!

Good customer service.
Fast turnaround time.
Competitive pricing.

Pleasure to do business with Printing Blue

We had printing blue help us design and rebrand our company folders. They were great in giving us ideas and quick to get the design made. We will reorder from them.

We have ordered custom printed boxes with inserts form Printingblue a number of times over the last few years and have been satisfied with product quality, cost, and customer service.

Printingblue offers a very good value for custom printed boxes of small size. They manufacture the boxes overseas then ship them with a courier to Canada / USA with the overall turnaround time of ~2 weeks. This works great with smaller boxes as Printingblue is able to offer the products at costs lower than other companies that we asked for quotes for. However, for larger boxes the air shipping costs start adding up and Printingblue prices are less competitive.

Superb service with good print quality to match. Good lead times and easy to use order processing and tracking system.
Highly recommended.
