Wir versuchen seit Tagen eine Rücksendung für die Bestellung DE0987963 vorzunehmen. Auf der Website wird mit 30 Tage Rückgaberecht geworben. Dann eröffnet man ein Ticket, weil das Tshirt nicht passt, und man bekommt nie eine richtige Antwort. Ich möchte einfach nur das Rücksendeetikett zum zurückgeben und die Erstattung der Zahlung.
Nichts passiert... Für mich ist das Betrug. Bitte dort nichts kaufen. Lasst bitte die Finger von diesem Geschäft. Zusatz 09.06.2024 Ich warte immernoch auf die Retourenadresse für die kostenlose Rücksendung!!! Das Tshirt ist voll Rückgabeberechtigt. Ich fordere Sie auf den Kaufpreis umgehend auf das entsprechende Zahlungsmittel zu erstatten. Sollte dies nicht geschehen, sehe ich mich gezwungen Rechtliche Schritte gegen Sie einzuleiten. Ihr Handeln ist höchst fraglich und rechtwidrig.

I just don't like this company. Ordered a tee shirt, thinking it was coming from UK but no! From Poland. Sent lots of messages to them but they either ignored me or said I'd opened too many 'tickets', which I never. Excuse. Then said as a goodwill gesture they would refund me £3.99. I had to remind them once more & to be fair to them, refunded me.
No I've told them nicely, that I was not ordering from them ever again. They just ignore/ mess you around. Don't need it. Waited weeks for delivery, wondering where it was. They knew my gripes but never acknowledged any.

Effectivement j’ai rencontré un problème avec ma commande dont je voulait vous faire part afin de connaître les démarches pour obtenir dédommagement. J’ai commandé cet article le 28 avril et j’ai sélectionneé la livraison express, espérant le recevoir rapidement car il s’agissait d’un cadeau d’anniversaire. J’ai payé avec confiance près de 9 euros cette livraison car elle garantissait de recevoir le colis « sous 2 à 8 jours ». J’ai reçu ma commande ce vendredi, soit 13 jours après avoir passé commande. En tant que cliente fidèle je suis très déçue de cette situation, je ne doute pas que ce n’est pas la manière dont vous souhaitez traiter vos clients. C’est pour cela que j’aimerais connaître les démarche à suivre pour obtenir dédommagement de cette livraison express que j’ai payé cher et qui n’a pas cependant pas permis de recevoir mon colis à la date indiquée.

Lovely t-shirts. The colour I ordered were out of stock and In changing colour I accidently reordered two more resulting in me being charged more. The company were very quick to resolve the issue/send my refund and very very helpful. Impressed and would order again.

Leider hat das T shirt keine gute qualität und fällt klein aus (Gr. L). Der kundenservice reagiert nicht auf Anfragen, daher Vorsicht.Rücksendundungen scheinen nicht möglich zu sein.

J’ai commander le 28 janvier et je l’ai reçu le 14 février attente « convenable » les t-shirt sont très bien fait malgres qu’ils sente le vinaigre en arrivant à laver avant de porter !

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star, do not use. I have asked for refund over 6 weeks ago and contacted them over 30 times to return the cheap quality tshirts sent. Still waiting on my refund 6 weeks later. DO NOT USE. Worst customer service i have ever experienced.

Placed an order on the 11th January 4 ABBA tee shirts not received concert gone no refund. They only respond with a standard prescripted email saying contact them we do and no response at all. I believe this is a sham company do not deal with them.

Ordered from here around 3 months ago, item was supposedly delayed in transit (which I wasn’t told until 2 months later after about 8 messages to customer services) and am still in the process of chasing a refund - most likely a con and would advise to steer clear of this site

I ordered a t-shirt from Prinerval co. I received a t-shirt I didn’t order, notified them immediately. They shipped the one out I ordered. According to email, they mailed & it was delivered. I never received the one they shipped 2nd time plus, I had to buy the one I did not order

¡NEFASTO! Hace un mes que realicé el pedido y aún no me ha llegado nada. Para colmo, a las dos semanas de realizar el pedido, me dicen que una de las camisetas que pedí no podia hacerse en el color indicado y me sugieren que lo cambie por otro. Tras varias comunicaciones me indican que ya esta en proceso de fabricación y que lo enviarán en cuanto acepte una compensación de envío gratuito cuyo importe se me reembolsará de 3 a 5 días, cosa que no ha ocurrido. Además en su POLÍTICA DE DEVOLUCIÓN, no contemplan la cancelación por demoras en el envío. Dicha política de devolución es realmente restrictiva y deja en un plazo de sólo 4 horas desde la realización del pedido la devolución del importe, cuando ellos se permiten el lujo de gestionarlo tres semanas después de su aceptación. En fin, NO LO RECOMIENDO EN ABSOLUTO.
PD: He realizado un pedido similar en otro distribuidor y han tardado tres días en enviármelo. El coste ha sido similar y las camisetas cumplen con creces lo esperado.

Do not order from this website - I placed an order in December for a present for Christmas- I still haven’t received this order but have had an email saying it’s been delivered…
I’ve contacted them 3 times with no response but have had an email asking me to review the item!!!!!!! Do not waste your money!!!

I have not received my item and they don't reply to emails. I think they are scammers. Beware.

Do not buy from this company. Waited nearly 6 weeks for delivery (missed Christmas, thanks for that Printerval) Quality is awful and absolutely no response to multiple emails/tickets raised. AVOID at all costs please do not waste your money

I ordered 2 t-shirts for my son on 11th December and heard nothing…. I raised a ticket before Christmas which was not responded to and deleted from my account. I then checked again and they placed the order on 5th January which has been at the same status for 5 days and not moved…..
I wouldn’t recommend this company as there has been no answer to the ticket I raised where they state they endeavour to get back to you within 24 hours…..
Let’s just hope IF and when I receive it they are worth waiting for……

I ordered a hoodie from this company on December 22nd and without knowing that my wife had already purchased the same one as a gift for Christmas. I've been trying to contact them ever sense even via email so I can return it and they have not responded to any of my emails or phone calls. If I had known that this was an overseas company, I would have never ordered from them. Their customer service is horrible. I will never buy from them again.

Happy with the product but did not realise it was coming from China. Took about a month to receive my order

Placed an order on December 6 for UK delivery within 5-10 business days. It never showed up and raised multiple tickets that either went unanswered or the response was sorry it’s late, please can you wait 20 days? Then proceeds to ask if I still want to still go ahead with the order and they will hold my order until I confirm. A week goes by after my response of yes of course, I want my order yet nothing showed up and so forth for 5 weeks now. Ordered well advance for a Christmas present and still to date it’s hasn’t shown up. Finally got a response today that they were going to process my refund within 10 days. Well I’d like to see if that actually happens because clearly they have no intentions to provide a product just steal money. This company is clearly a scam and it should be shut down.

Pretty poor service.

Whilst I appreciate that the company is based far away(Vietnam I believe), the delivery time was way outside their own guidelines.

I ordered a single tee shirt on December 3rd, delivery was made January 2nd.

I contacted them and explained that I was not happy with the delivery time, their response was limited to “your item was delivered January 2nd”…nothing else.

The quality of the item is so,so definitely not good value or worth the wait. Just another tee shirt that will end up in recycling as it won’t fit next year!

Do yourself some time and hassle, don’t buy from them.
