The website is pretty easy to navigate once you get the hang of it. Your past orders stay viable even after they have been delivered so you can easily copy your sizes over to a new order if you order again. Though they don’t update you often on your orders if you reach out they will update you and even rush the order if needed. I got my newest order in two weeks and it delivered after only one email. The quality is what made this rating so high. For what you are paying it is very high quality. I usually have the problem of poking holes through my bodysuits because of my nails but the material they use is strong enough to withstand that which I really appreciate. They got the measurements perfect but I would recommend going down an inch or two on your chest and waist size as it is a little baggy in that area. Would recommend if you are looking for a slightly cheaper price for almost the same quality as the more expensive suits.

Horrible customer service. They don’t leave you any updates on whats going on with your suit. i waited about two months just to keep receiving messages that they havent even started on it whenever i tried to get a update. I would never recommend this site

Encore une fois... Encore une fois j'ai dû payer des frais de douanes par surprise alors que je n'ai pas été prévenue quand j'ai commander un costume sur leur site. Y en a vraiment ras le bol de faire payer alors que ils devraient mettre les taxes et frais de douanes à la livraison. C'était ma première et dernière fois. Plus jamais.

I ordered a Spider Man Miles Morales costume and Gwen Stacy costume and both looked absolutely amazing when they came in. I had seen the site a little while ago and was skeptical at first but very happy with the product. I will say with how high quality it is it does take time for it to get to you but the time it takes for it to ship is FAST! They emailed me Monday October 16th saying it had been shipped out and I received it Wednesday October 18th. The best site for Halloween costumes hands down.

Worst customer service. They do not follow there own timeline and they offer no support. They take 2-3 days to respond to a single email and there's no contact phone number.

Great costume, amazing quality. Delivery took a little bit longer than first anticipated but arrived today! Definitely recommend this company 👌

If you need a sick Halloween costume, or are a cosplayer, they have epic costumes. My boyfriend and I both bought Spider-Man and Spidergwen suits for Halloween in 2021. We both ordered I believe November 10th or so, came to Canada on October 26 or 27. They hand make these I believe or at least hand print? Not sure. The fabric is really good, can tend to pill (I believe that’s the word). Can be pricey, but it was worth it.
