What a pleasure it was to deal with this company. Communications were prompt and very helpful. The cakes were delicious, beautifully presented, and the photos we had printed on the top of ours were of fabulous quality. I would not hesitate to use this company again and I highly recommend them.

I had around a week to source some bespoke corporate cupcakes to be delivered to 3 different locations, I was a bit sceptical about ordering from a company I found on Google, however WOW I'm so glad I did, I called and spoke to Rebecca, she was so helpful and informative, the cakes were delivered in lovely packaging on time and they were delicious! we will 100% be using Print Cakes again. thank you

Hairy Biscuit Surprise - Not the Topping I Expected!
I was really disappointed with my order from Print Cakes. I found a small hair in one of the biscuits, which completely ruined the experience. The packaging looked like it was thrown together in a rush, with no care or effort. It felt like no time or love was put into making my order. Definitely won't be ordering from here again.

Hi, as mentioned on your Google review, could you please get in touch to let us know what order this relates to? We always aim for the highest standards, we love what we do and as a small team this really does seem out of sorts. Everyone in the bakery adheres to strict hygiene standards and hair coverings are worn at all times to avoid any incidents like this. If we would get some information from you then we will be able to investigate further which is something I am keen to do.
