The items they said they had in stock I ordered n they then said they don’t have them in stock after me purchasing and waiting nearly 2 weeks I rang and texted multiple times before I got managed to get there attention I then got a refund but it just wasn’t a really good overall experience when I bought something and it wasn’t in stock the whole time even though they was meant to be in stock.

Ordered a pair of Nike Pegasus 39 for my daughter in the adult version. Instead they sent out a Youth version, which is significantly cheaper. They don't respond to any emails and their customer contact number (1800) is a spam trying to sell you insurance! Trading Standards should be closing them down.

Ordered Nike pegasus 39, and instead received the pegasus 38, in a damaged box. Paid the full price of a shoe which is significantly more expensive. Atrocious.

Tried contacting on all platforms but don’t feel like I’m going to get any response, not even had a confirmation for the shoes I’ve ordered and wouldn’t be surprised if they don’t turn up, not sure how they gained 120k instagram followers with service like

Item ordered. Item arrived in good time. However incorrect size of shoe sent.

Contacted primo-sports online. Never any response. Contact via Instagram led the a friendly response, at which point I was advised to use the usual return. As the correct size was still in stock, I requested a pair be left aside given this was not my mistake.

I returned shoes asking for correct size to be sent out. Refunded (not including postage), shoe no longer in stock. Pretty naff customer experience. Everything correct my end but clearly not able to do so the other side following primo-sports own mistakes. Given ample opportunity to generate a positive response given the first mistake. At least a refund on the return postage would have been a nice touch but now I’m without shoes x2 weeks down the line having wasted posting some goods back that I didn’t order.

What’s up with this company. Had an email saying there would be a delay which is fair enough. So waited a week and messaged on instagram and got a response back beginning of last week saying they were going out on a next day delivery and still not received. And now all my messages are just being ignored. How do I speak to the owner?

I ordered some trainers to then receive a email saying there was a shipping delay i tried contacting them no response no nothing awful

I ordered a pair of trainers on the 28th January. Then got an email telling me there had been shipping delays. Then a month later I got told they had been lost in transit to them and that my order was getting cancelled and I would receive a refund. I then chased them for another 2 weeks regarding said refund and now i haven’t heard from them in weeks and they still have £150 of my money. UPDATE: the director of the company seen my review and got it sorted.

I just quickly want to amend my review. The owner of the company has contacted me and resolved my issue, so thanks.

Good broad selection of items, pleasant people and understanding when we had some difficulties with the order which we overcome positively which makes a good business

Had slight problem with delivery. Customer service team was ace and will definitely be using Primo over JD for future orders.

Take about a month to send a parcel definitely not ordering again

Order not delivered then told not in stock and no communication. Now struggling to get refund as I’m still with contact or my item. Stay clear of this business it isn’t as it appears.

Awful company. Ordered trainers and paid for fast delivery. Nothing arrived so I mailed them. Then got a generic email saying there is a delay in shipping. Then they arrived and were the WRONG colour. I have emailed them to explain and since returned them. I chased the refund last week and they claim it could be in another building? Even though there is only 1 return address. I have sent proof of them signing for parcel over 2 weeks ago and have still heard nothing even though I email them every day. Awful company.

Terrible. Ordered trainers from them, no contact for over 3 weeks apart from telling me that the shipping was delayed. I then randomly got an email for a refund, but excluding the shipping which, considering nothing was shipping, is ridiculous.
They do not reply to emails, don't bother.

The best sportswear on the market, great customer services, quick delivery and the most competitive price I could find. I'll be ordering again
