When trying to check on investment I found I could not access the website, my computer displayed "could not find" I have tried to contact them but no reply. I am convinced this platform is fraudulent. Very very disappointed.

Terrible Stay Clear. When I was dealing with them they were all onboard with lots of calls but trying to withdraw money now is seemingly going to be impossible. Its not much as I was always cautious but still there is no control over the account at all as a consumer.

Why do they have to call you every day a d then from different numbers.
Company is supposed to be registered in Switzerland but calls are usually from the UK. The financial regulator in Switzerland says they are not registered to trade there. They still owe me money but ignore calls and emails . DO NOT TRUST THEM.

Scam site don't trust them!! I got ripped off !!!

This company is a total scam. I told them if I did not get my initial investment returned I would write this review. Its been about 2 weeks with no resolution. So here is my 1⭐review, if I could give no stars, that would be even better. My journey with them started mid to end of July 2025. I thought I would try this Online Investing. I made 2 deposits and by Sept, there was $29k in the account. I found that to be amazing and unbelievable. I don't want to name the advisor I was dealing with because, he was quiet nice. But not sure if he was acting and just doing his job. Back to the $29k, if I wanted to withdraw the money which my advisors already thought that I did, without asking me. I thought why wouldn't I want to keep going and let account grow. But since he thought I wanted to withdraw , he said I had to pay a fee to transfer it to me. The fee was something like $8000 USD. Well, I certainly could not afford that amount and told my advisor this. He then spent time consulting with compliance-apparently and said he was able to get them to make an exception and I could pay 1/2 of the fee and 1/2 of the account money would be transferred to me. I told my advisor I could still not afford that option. I asked for them to just take the fee out of what was in the account and send me the remaining. My advisor said that was not an option. It was mandatory that I had to send them the fee to be able to withdraw the funds and for some more blah-blah reasons. They would transfer money to me if fee was paid All I wanted was my initial 2 small deposits and I said they could donate my account to charity or share it amongst themselves. So needless to say I have not received any money and the calls from my advisor have stopped. I can still access my account with a generic password- that was strange too, cause whenever I made up my own password I would get locked out of the account. Another strange aspect of this company is my advisor would never call from the same number and my phone would show from all different provinces. Lastly is when I made my 2nd deposit, it was an e-transfer from my bank account. To make the transfer, he gave me a name that it had to go to which was crazy- sam.narducci3000,,, I should have realized then that this was not legit 🤦🏼‍♀️. It was accepted after several attempts. So here is my warning ⚠️ to anyone thinking about investing with this company, please do some research for yourself. I see other positive reviews and not sure they are believable. For me the biggest red flag 🚩 is having to pay a substantial fee to receive money from your account. That reminded me of 1 other point. My advisor insisted he did tell me about the rules of withdrawing money from account. That never happened. I can guarantee you that. Lastly I asked about the positive reviews that were posted & why these customers were not more specific with amount of money they were making & collecting, he told me customers are instructed not to divulge that information. Crazy, coaching customers on what you can or can not say on a review. That's a little fishy🐠, don't you think? Well maybe if this review gets posted, it will help get my money back. Fingers crossed🤞🏼. Please be careful if you choose to deal with this company!!

Ze kunnen ongemerkt alles inzien op je pc, laptop of telefoon. Het zijn oplichters. Ze beloven je geld terug te betalen, maar dat gebeurt niet. Je kunt fluiten naar je geld. Zelf terugstorten wordt door hun geannuleerd. Je bent alles gewoon kwijt.Eigenlijk is 1 ster nog teveel.

I read an article about how to trade by using AI to select the best trades. I made an enquiry and was put through a process of setting up an account and given a personal advisor to help with the trades. I was asked to invest 250 USD and the advisor walked me through the forex platform and told me to select 2 trades. These both increased in value and made $90. She then asked me to set up a crypto account where we took $50 of the $90 profit. After 3 weeks of telephone calls every 3 days she started to miss appointed call times. I tried to withdraw another $25 to see if I could manage the account myself. This was rejected as I was told that they have to personally approve any withdrawals. After some rambling by the advisor I told her I felt this wasn’t working for me and I didn’t want to continue and I wanted to close my account. After she couldn’t persuade me to change my mind she said goodbye and hung up. They still have control of my money and I can’t get it out. I have emailed their support line with no response. If this company is legit they have very poor customer service and the customer has no control of their money.

Simple, efficient, and no pushy upselling. It’s refreshing.

Not a huge fan of most platforms in this space, but this one kept me interested. It actually respects your time.

I'm still new to this whole thing, but PrimeUPartner makes it feel manageable. The layout really helps.

The support team responded way faster than I thought they would. That alone gives me trust.
