Guter Händler, gute Ware , grauenhafte Spedition
Alles perfekt, lediglich die Kosten für die Zollabfertigung waren nicht nachvollziehbar! Zum Kaufpreis kamen noch 41 Euro Fracht von DHL und 146 Euro Einfuhrkosten hinzu . Der Zoll betrug lediglich 9 Euro, die Einfuhrumsatzsteuer 63 Euro. Der Rest waren irgendwelche Gebühren welche an DHL zu zahlen waren. Die Lieferung erfolgte nicht termingerecht und erst nach Urgenz wurde das Paket an die angegebene Adresse geliefert. Seitens des Händler war alles perfekt, aus meiner Sicht aber die falsche Spedition!

With regard to the additional charges you incurred, we would like to clarify that we only charge the shipping cost shown at checkout. Any import duties, taxes, customs clearance charges, or handling fees applied once the shipment reaches the destination country are determined by the local customs authorities and the carrier, and are unfortunately outside of our control.
We understand that these charges can sometimes be confusing, particularly when carriers apply their own administrative or clearance fees in addition to any duty and VAT payable. As these fees are collected directly by the carrier and customs authorities, we are unable to influence or explain how they are calculated.
We are also sorry to hear that there were delays with the delivery and that you had to chase the carrier for an update. While we work hard to dispatch orders promptly, the final delivery process is managed by the shipping company once the parcel has left our warehouse.
Thank you again for your feedback. We appreciate your comments and will take them into consideration when reviewing our shipping options for international customers.

I am very happy with this tile cutter
I am very happy with this tile cutter. It is easy to use, cuts accurately, and feels solid and well-made. It has made my tiling work much faster and easier. The cutting wheel is sharp, and the tiles break cleanly with minimal effort.
Great value for money and a quality tool. I would definitely recommend it to anyone doing tiling work.
