I filled out a brief form on Facebook that I was interested in a card machine for my new and first ever business, I shortly received a call from James where he was more than happy to help and answer any of my questions. He managed to get me a great deal and the machine arrived the next day!

I would like to share my feedback regarding my recent experience with Tom. He was incredibly transparent throughout the entire process. Having dealt with multiple card providers who were hesitant to work with my business, I truly appreciated his approach.
While the process took slightly longer than anticipated, Tom handled everything exceptionally well. The rates are competitive, and it was refreshing to speak with someone so personable.

A good rate with flexibility and a half price offer for the machine to boot
Tom was courteous in communication, and able to provide a great offer for the setup of a face-to-face payment solution for our family violin workshop.
He answered all our questions so we could make the decision between comparable - but different - offers from different providers.

The payment service was easy to set up…
The payment service was easy to set up with no issues connecting the payment machine and if needed, I have a contact number should I have any issues.
I also have the option to take payments via my mobile phone which is great.
I also like the option to send a link to a customer to make a payment, which is ideal for security.
I would highly recommend Teya as a payment service.
