Doctor was hard to follow through with…
Doctor was hard to follow through with prescription. I ended up having to call the main hotline several times to get them to get the doctor to follow ip on the prescription he said would approve within 5 minutes- as we live regionally and the pharmacy was about to close. Initially they said if I wanted to bulk bill I would have to wait until 11.30pm, it was 1pm (or I could pay $45 to be contacted earlier). I said I would go elsewhere and they decided I could then fully bulk bill. I wouldn’t use this particular service again.

A doctor to help when you need one
A doctor to help when you need one. I work in the healthcare system, so understand delays of 4-30hrs can be quite normal. I booked a call for a doctor and in under 2 hrs I received my call. Doctor was polite, courteous and helpful for my situation. If you need an AH doctor quick, I would recommend Prime Medic.

As expected you get asked a lot of necessary background questions, especially if you are needing prescription repeats but it was quick and simple to answer them. I recommend the service for those times when you really can’t get to a doctors clinic. Response time was amazing!!
