This company employs Lauren Kaye who claims to be an IVF specialist, all she was, was the guinea pig for Prime Health Concept and to promote their new IVF venture. She had more children even though she had her other taken away from her by social services and they still don't live with her. She says they live with her mum, who she doesn't get on with (wonder why, perhaps her mum knows what she's like), anyway, she claims it's " in their best interest" to stay where they are just now, using their disability as an excuse etc. She stated she'd do a free treatment giveaway once she'd reached a certain amount of followers, this never happened. She begs left right and centre for freebies but makes out that she doesn't by saying that people ask what they can gift her. Hint hint, I'm wanting to go on holiday, can anyone suggest anywhere, like she can't look into it herself. Do not trust Lauren Kaye or PHC, so many botched plastic surgeries, if you don't believe me, just Google Leah Mattson botched either PHC, look at what they did to her.

I wanted a tummy tuck but upon further i investigation this company They have a ivf specialist whos only speciality is a positive pregnancy? No qualifications? Nothing? Shes also got a photo floating round of her holding someones body part in a surgey room ! Its scary... shes also being investigated for fraud and known for many dodgy dealings please be very careful and really look in to this company first especially Lauren kaye but they fact they employ her speaks volumes

This company employs a scammer with no qualifications at all. Lauren Kaye is vile and lies about her qualifications and then denies she has done this. She has also scammed many vulnerable people.

This company employs untrustworthy and corrupt people to drum up business. Yes I’m talking about Lauren Kaye. This woman scams people and lives on the proceeds. PHC together with Lauren Kaye jointly ran a giveaway for a surgical procedure. Did all the usual stuff of “all you need to do is like, comment, share” so gained a lot of engagement on the back of the giveaway. No one won it. They ‘claim’ it was drawn but there’s no proof anywhere and the link they provide is a dud. Lauren Kaye fundraises thousands but keeps it in her own bank account and uses it for herself. Lauren Kaye is a scammer and has committed genuine crimes but will deny it (of course). This woman is not the type of professional any company worth their weight would employ or associate with.

Their IVF specialist Lauren Kaye has no qualifications at all, when asked they said she had a ‘positive pregnancy’. This does not make you an ivf specialist PHC shame on you. But to allow this woman into the operating theatre whilst someone has a gastric sleeve, and even worse she is holding it and comparing it to a fish. AVOID

I have my teeth done with prime about 4 weeks ago and they are amazing but not only that the whole experience was amazing the Rihanne and the team were excellent they went above and beyond inside and outside the dentist. 100% recommend

What can I say .. as a heamophilkiac with tons of health issues I was so fearful of having a sleeve but did my research along with my GP & found this incredible company .. from the initial messsge 9 month before the surgery to actually arriving in Izmir to flying home I could not fault them .Rhianne was our first point of contact at every stage & reassured us answering any questions we had along the way . Dee was our exceptional in house translated & carer from arrival as my partner is Italian & he also had a sleeve & nothing was too much trouble even coming to see us on her day off to check there was anything we needed .. now for the hospital .. absolutely spotless .. we shared a room & had a full MOT prior to surgery . Meeting surgeon , cardiologist , physiologist , scans , ultrasounds & making sure we were fit for surgery .. the hospital staff were incredibly attentive & professional & outstanding at every stage .we had 3 days in URLA after st the flat & was returned to airport knowing 100% weeks made the right choice with Prime health concept .. don’t hesitate .. book ur surgery ., our only regret really was that we didn’t do this sooner

This is a true account of my experience with PHC. I had my surgery on the 18th march 2025. I can honestly say, I wouldn’t have changed a thing about it! We flew from Manchester on Sunday 16th march. We were booked on Turkish airlines which were fab! All food and drink was included on this. We did have to get a connecting flight from Istanbul to ismir, but this wasn’t a problem. We were met in the airport by a member of the PHC team and she welcomed us and made us feel completely at ease straight away. She took us to the hotel where we met rhianne. Rhianne was also very welcoming and talked us through the plans for the next couple of days. Originally, I was planned to have surgery on the Monday, but the surgeon rearranged for the Tuesday due to length of the flight. This could have put me at a higher risk of blood clots which she wasn’t prepared to risk. We got a few hours sleep before the driver took us to the hospital to meet the surgeon for my consultation and bloods. The hospital was beautiful. I’m a nurse and worked in many hospitals. This was unreal. The equipment and environment were top notch. The surgeon and her team were great. Their English was really good, but even if it wasn’t, Dee the translator was present at all times so it wouldn’t have been a problem. I felt confident walking out the hospital and my nerves disappeared, in readiness for the following morning. We got chance to have a little mooch around urla which is such a beautiful traditional Turkish village. It’s a foodie paradise and we had a beautiful meal.
I was picked up from the hotel on the Tues morning and taken to the hospital. Me and my companion was met by Dee and taken to our room. It was such a big room with 2 beds in, for us both. I can honestly say, despite the language barrier, the nursing staff made me feel at ease. They were so caring and friendly. I said goodbye to my best friend to go to theatre which was emotional! The staff were so lovely, holding my hand offering reassurance.
I woke up from the anaesthetic and the next few hours were a bit of a blur! If I did feel pain, they responded quickly and they monitored my obs post op efficiently. I did require 3 blood transfusions which does come at an additional cost.
The surgeon visited me in the morning and checked my wounds which she was happy with and she discharged me later that day.
I was made very comfortable at the hotel. Rhianne bent over backwards to make sure me and my friend had everything we needed. She got us shopping, meals, drinks! I went to the hospital taken by the driver over next 2 days. The surgeon was pleased with my recovery so I was then able to rest and she would review over photos. I was discharged with prescribed pain relief and everything else required. In between, Rhianne would get a local district nurse to review so I didn’t have to make the trip to the hospital which was great. This allowed me to rest and heal.
Over the 12 days I was in turkey, I listened to the surgeons and rhianne advice and by the second week, was walking round the pretty village, eating everything in sight! Even got my nails done! Yes, this is a big op, yes, it’s uncomfortable and at times really hard but I honestly had the best people around me to make it that bit easier. Would I do it again with PHC?? YES! 100%!
Since being home, Rhianne has been in touch every day, sending pics to the surgeon. They respond so quickly to any queries I may have and I’m so happy with my recovery.
If you’ve been thinking about taking the leap, I urge you to do it! It really was the best decision I’ve made and really would do it all over again! Thankyou to the surgical team, Rhianne, Dee and everyone else who looked after me and my companion! ❤️

My name is Laura I was my friend's companion emma who had a mommy makeover from the moment we arrived at the airport was picked up by a lovely lady took to the hotel was meet by rhianne who welcomed us and showed us to are room .was picked up in morning to go to hospital to go have all checks done bloods and stuff was meet by I really lovely lady called dee who was are translater had all test done and took back to hotel till next morning when we went back for the operation which went really well from a companions few I was really emotional when my best friend went down to surgery but dee was there to look after me she took me around izmir Town and went for walk to park and had a coffee to take my mind off it for a little bit was good for me .when back to hospital felt like a life time waiting for my friend to be back but dee keep coming back to my room to chat to me and keep me busy after my friend's surgery the hospital was amazing the staff was lovely and helpful there when ever I needed them and so was dee also .when back at hotel rhianne was amazing looking after us getting food when needed and shopping checked in everyday and had to keep going back to hospital for checks when need rhianne also made us both nail appointments and took us there to translate she also took me to the dentist to have a chipped tooth repaired which was great I would highly recommend this company to anyone and also when you go back to UK we had to send pictures over every 2 day to send to surgeon to check all wounds where healing well and are still doing this my friend had her surgery 18th March and is doing really well thank you so much to rhianne and dee for looking after us laura lavender

Can’t give ZERO stars but look at sleeved.and.relieved channel she was butchered by the surgeon and they are doing nothing about it.

In theatre with no PPE apart from gloves… watch with links full of bacteria… a hair bobble on wrist not to mention the outdoor clothing!

They are trying to get negative reviews removed as a company - it’s ridiculous.

I have waited since August 2024 to post to check I was happy with everything. The surgery has changed my life and confidence. Ashli was really sweet and put my mind at ease at collection. Duygu was so helpful in the hospital and had amazing English. Rhianne also helped care for me at the hotel. Would definitely recommend and would return if I decided to have surgery again in future

As an update to my review dated 24/2/25 we have today recieved our money back from Prime Health Concept, it has taken time nearly 7 months but they have finally made good on their promises. We are aware that other people we have been in contact with are still owed money but this gives them hope of getting paid back.

Amazing from start to finish! I decided to go with PHC for my gastric sleeve surgery in march 2025 after doing a lot of research this company really stood out to me and I’m glad I did!
From the minute I enquired about the surgery Rhianne was always happy to help and answer any questions I needed answering, PHC is an amazing company and well managed by Rhianne my carers Yasemin & Ashley went above and beyond to care for me and also keeping my companion informed during my surgery. 4 weeks post op today and I’m doing great can’t thank them enough always checking in on me making sure everything is running smoothly

Overall I did have a great experience

So I booked for my gastric sleeve in January, unfortunately couldn't go ahead due to other medical issues I have and found out my levels were sky high. Had a few hiccups in the road trying to rebook but eventually got there.

I honestly can't complain about the experience all the girls are highly experienced and speak excellent English and always on the other end of the phone if required!

Dr Muzaffer did an exceptional job! Other than some gas pain (to be expected) I've had a great experience with my sleeve so far! Only currently 3 weeks post op.

Rhianne couldn't do enough either, she's helped me through every step of the way and rearranging flights etc.

Prime Health Concept has truly given me my life back. From the moment my wife and I stepped off the plane, we were greeted warmly and fast-tracked through everything. We were taken straight to the hospital for thorough testing before the procedure, and the level of care we received before and after surgery was exceptional. The hospital was immaculate, and now, almost eight months post-op and eight stone down, I can't thank Rhianne enough. She has been incredible from the very start and is always just a message away.

A special mention to Loz—following her journey and speaking with her gave me the confidence to trust Prime Health Concept, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. If you're on the fence about it, don’t hesitate—just go for it. My only regret is not doing it sooner!

After a lot of research into Gastric Sleeve Surgery I decided to message a few companies which ended up with me being bombarded to book, this put me off completely. However PHC were the total opposite, I messaged and Rhianne got back to me with lots of information and various details with no pushiness for me to book. All of my questions where answered often with voice messages which made me feel like the answers where specifically for me and not just auto reply’s.
I booked my surgery for January 2025 and everything was organised by PHC. Flights, transportation and accommodation aswell as my procedure.
I did not have to worry about anything other than packing my case.
On arrival in turkey we were taken to the hospital, I would liken the room to a premier inn or travel lodge kind of stay, comfortable beds, tv and en-suite.
On the day of my surgery I was taken to see different specialists to ensure I was fit for surgery, this was so in-depth. I had blood tests, various scans and X-rays aswell as consultations with a dietitian and a mental health specialist. Once that was out of the way I was prepared and taken for surgery. A few hours later I was brought back to my room for recovery. During this whole experience I had PHC carers/translators with me offering support when I needed ANYTHING. They even kept intouch with my husband to keep him posted on my progress during surgery.
The next day I had further testing to make sure I had no complications and then was left to recover, walking about was encouraged.
The next day I was discharged and we were taken to stay at a hotel for the night before our early flights home.
Rhianne met us there and delivered my medication to take home and a protein shake for me to drink during my stay. She was even good enough to order my husband some food to the room.
The next day we were transferred back to the airport and we flew home.
Some tips I’d recommend would be, upgrade your seats on your flight home, you will appreciate the extra room, I know I did.
If you have a companion who is eating, the cafe downstairs in medifema hospital is reasonably priced as the food served to the room may not be to their liking.

Overall my experience was a good one, PHC had everything organised taking a lot of stress out of the trip, Rhianne and the team were so helpful and always there if we needed them. Even checking in nearly two months after my surgery.
