Prime Plumbing and Heating Ltd  Arvostelua

A fantastic team, exceptional service, thoroughly recommend!

Called for a fast track service, didn't expect a call back an hour later that evening.
Arranged a date to carry out a quote, very clear on their quote of works to be carried out with required extras etc.
New boiler was installed on arranged date with no issues, even bricked up the old flue hole...
Took two days to install new boiler, flush system etc.
You may find cheaper but you get what you pay for.
Quality service 100% recommended.
Thanks :)

Fantastic service a telephone call within two hours I had a emergency plumber from Prime Plumbing and heating. Leaking tap the gentleman assessed the job, sourced the part fitted it. Knowledgeable professional. Excellent on price trusted and reliable will definitely use them again. Recommend them every time

From the first call to Prime Plumbing & Heating when I spoke to Jess and then Cian I felt in safe hands. As I am approaching 80 years of age I am always nervous of who I invite into my home. I cannot praise Raece & Kamal enough for their professionalism and kindness to me and a job so well done.

The 2 fitters worked hard and tidily, completing all work on time and to a very high standard. They were polite and informative, as was the electrician they used.
Would recommend to anyone and will certainly use in future for any other work.

Excellent service. Would highly recommend!

All the original planned work was completed to the estimated cost. Some possible additional costs were identified in that plan and clearly explained to me. The work was carried out to a high standard. All the company staff were friendly and considerent; even one of my neighbours said the same. The timetable turned out to be a little optimistic for updating both my kitchen & bathroom but within my expectation for contingency. The main reason appeared to be because the main kitchen fitter was also the tiler.

Prime came highly recommended and I can completely understand why. Ricky came initially to quote for installation of 5 new radiators, disconnect fireplace gas, gas work in kitchen, he was also happy to recommend radiator companies to source designer radiators. His team did a stellar job, punctual and great workmanship.
I have also used again for new boiler and conversion from water tank to system boiler and also annual boiler service.
Overall very nice team (engineers and support team) and I would highly recommend to anyone.

Lovely run company, Cian is very helpful, friendly and accommodating

Very professional impressed with their uniforms looked very smart and easily identified. Service carried out efficiently and engineer took time to explain how to identify any issues and how to react. Took time out to also check radiators which were also replaced at time of boiler installation
Very polite and friendly delighted to be able to highly recommend.

Thanks Kom for boiler service and install gas cooker fitting. Polite, efficient and prompt service.

100% would recommend this company, I have used them before and they did a fantastic job sorting out my boiler problem. This time I just required a boiler service which they did promptly and efficiently. I happened to mention a couple of my radiators were not heating properly, so while he was here, he sorted them too. I can't thank them enough, they will always be my go-to plumbing and heating company.

Excellent service from Ricky and his crew. Worcester Bosch boiler fitted and new Radiators. The team worked for two days non-stop to get our Central Heating up and running. Highly recommended.

Ricky and the boys kick started our ageing Vaillant boiler late on New Years Eve! Subsequently, changed it to a new black Worcester Bosch 8000 35kwh. All work carried out in a completely professional yet very cool and friendly manner.

Competitive quote, extremely calm and thorough through the whole process of understanding and finalizing the best boiler and fitting option for the property. Extremely professional and courteous over the 2 days and made sure everything was working, explained and tidied up before leaving. Lot of pipework running through the property and they made sure that aesthetically it all looked well. Folks came after their planned 2 days to ensure the required flushing of all the radiators was done diligently and successfully. Would definitely recommend and rely for any future plumbing, construction and gas related works. Thanks Ricky and team!!

A big thank you to Komal for fitting us in so quickly and fitting our water system, great job, all pipe work clean and tidy and cleaned up after. For all your plumbing needs go give the Prime Team a call.
