Primed Pharmacy Arvostelua

Best pharmacy around by miles, they have never got my order wrong, always deliver on time, customer service is amazing, I have many years experience dealing with other pharmacies, & primed deserves top spot for customer service

Really brilliant - always so helpful , accommodating and their site is easy to use. Highly recommend them

I’ve been using PriMed Pharmacy for the past three months, and they’ve been wonderful. Shannon was incredibly helpful in setting up my account efficiently within a day. Since then, Naeem and his team have been a pleasure to communicate with. They always have the supplies I need, ready for same-day collection, and their next-day delivery is excellent. Their cold chain service is reliable, and their prices are often better than national competitors. I’d highly recommend them to local professionals or anyone further afield looking for efficiency and great service!

I couldn't recommend Primed Pharmacy enough, and in particular Shannon - I've used several pharmacies as suppliers before, and the customer service I've received at Primed is just amazing. My orders are always on time, communication is always excellent, and nothing ever is too much of a hassle.

Always had an excellent experience with Primed. Have been with them for over 2
years and they have always been very reliable, approachable and helpful. As a healthcare provider in this current climate patients always expect their treatment instantly. Primed has allowed me to meet that expectation for patients! A* service

We’re a commercial men’s health customer. Primed have reasonable prices and excellent customer service. Shannon my account manager is extremely efficient and approachable. She is an asset to the team.

As a commercial client of Primed Pharmacy, I honestly couldn’t be happier. Fulfilment is always smooth, their prices are spot on, and our account manager Shannon is absolutely fantastic – super responsive, supportive, and a pleasure to work with. She really makes everything feel effortless.

I have used primed as one of our medical clinic suppliers for a number of years. I cannot recommend them enough. A small team allows them to give attention detail and excellent customer service.

Starting using Primed recently - first impressions very good. I work as a Non Medical Prescriber and setup was easy and responsive with due governance applied. Followed up with phone call to check all ok and quick responses to email questions. Impressive so far - thank you. NP.

Excellent communication and stock management.

I run a telehealth clinic with a focus currently on medical weight loss. Primed's systems have made integration with our own processes effortless. They have also been excellent in how they have been dealing with the continuous national supply issues of weight loss medications.

I have been using primed pharmacy services for some years. they are very reliable and prompt in acting on my prescriptions. They are dependable and their communication is very good

We work with Shannon and the team at primed pharmacy. They are quick and responsive and are always on hand to support our business. Fantastic to work with and would definitely recommendx

I am a Nurse Prescriber running a remote weight loss clinic. I have found the website easy to use and ordering straight forward. The only issues I have had have been with the courier service, and customer service at Primed have been extremely helpful in sorting out any problems. Will continue to use their company going forward.

I am a private clinic provider who prescribes remotely. My experience of ordering from Prime has been excellent, customer service is very quick to respond and my customers have not reported any issues with deliveries. The prices are also competitive.
The website while not the most attractive works well, and without bugs- unlike other pharmacy sites I've used.

PS I am UK based, but I am writing this review while in holiday!
