Poor customer service

Sent the wrong stickers, refused to refund and proceeded to argue with me via email. Refused to return the items I returned to them Very poor customer service and communication. Lost out on money and stickers. Along with arrogant. Filed credit card dispute, proceeded to lie to the bank which is astonishing and shocking. Would never recommend. Don't buy from here. I held off leaving a review, because I don't like leaving bad reviews but they've left me no choice.

Edit: as you can see from their reply, they refused to refund me for items I returned. Again, point proven. Scam, don’t buy from here. They don’t refund you for items you returned. Avoid. Reported to trading standards.

Easy to create and order postcards, super quick delivery, great quality product for the price and speed!

I needed some help preparing the artwork for some labels. Lindsay, in the design department, went above and beyond my expectations helping me. I submitted an order late on Friday, expecting it to appear sometime the following week. I was astonished when it was delivered on Sunday - obviously helped by the fact that our postman does deliver in our area on Sundays, but nonetheless if he hadn't have been out delivering, the parcel would have been here on Monday. After a Friday order. Well impressed. The labels are lovely. Very good selection of colours available for the artwork. I have used PTS a few times in the past for small orders and have never been disappointed. Item was well packaged and protected from the weather.

Friday 27th February did my order and today 1st March came the birthday gifts that me and daughter personalised amazing experience and loved the results

Easy to use their design portal for a clear-plastic award trophy. Was able to design an award for a local darts tournament- nowt to do with education! But price and ease of website led me to PTS and my order arrived the next working day.

Absolutely superb, and would 100% use again.

Only feedback, and this is constructive, is that although there is a gold colour option for the design of the trophy background, there's no silver or bronze. When handing out awards, gold / silver / bronze are typically available, so have fed this back, but it is the only minor thing I can be even remotely negative about.

Wonderful stuff, thanks again for ease of website and speed of service.

Company refunded the money and so it's all good. I have amended my rating to show this but I'll leave the body of the review just to warn others about the font size. They were right about the font I chose not being a standard Word font but I downloaded it as it's the one we use at school. I am still very confused as to the sizing but forewarned is forearmed - choose bigger than you think you want.

Inconsistent, misleading description of an ink stamp. I customised the stamp by choosing the type and size of font but the stamp they supplied had writing that was so tiny it was difficult to read. When I contacted them they said the font size was not the same as on Word. When I asked what it was the same as, they didn't bother to reply. They use the name of the font that Word uses but not the size. Why have a size at all or why not use the same standard as Word, or why not state THESE FONT SIZES ARE NOT THE FONT SIZES THAT ARE USED ANYWHERE ELSE ON THE PLANET. The size ordered was 28 and the one they sent was equivalent to 11 (using the standard they use on Word).

I had an excellent experience only customer service from Susan B, Customer Service Advisor. I had an issue with one of my orders (my error) and she rectified it quickly and efficiently and very kindly did it as a gesture of goodwill. She explained everything to me and is the reason I will use PTS in the future. Thank you Susan B!

Due to the Christmas season, my product was taking longer than expected to arrive. Customer service was so kind and helpful, sending a replacement product at no extra cost so I would have it in time to give as a present.

Order arrived the next day! Great selection of products at cheap prices.

Ordered an ID card and some stickers and massively surprised with the quality and how quick they came (the very next day!).
