It took a long time for you guys to process my order. I get that work loads fluctuate and you get backed up on things. The checkout screen said that it would arrive in 3 days if you select this specific shipping method, and that did not happen. You guys have always been great, this one didn’t match all my previous transactions.

Customer Service was quite helpful in aiding me to sort out which prism scope to purchase, eventually deciding on the Glx 2x prism scope. I found managing my cart difficult in that it did not register attempts to remove an item. However, that could have been due to my own inexperience with the site. At this point, I'm looking forward to delivery of my first item purchased from Primary Arms.

Pricing was decent, but I find it aggravating that they didn't carry everything I needed from the same manufacturer. For example my build I'm doing is in strike industries fde. You didn't carry the gridlock hand guard with fde trim out. But had almost everything else and other strike hand guards. I figure if you offer a brand, offer everything they sell.. also limited barrel options.

When I need a lower or quality BCG, I come to Primary Arms. The selection and cost are hard to beat, regardless!

A good price and fast shipping! I ordered this on Thanksgiving Day and had it in had on the following Tuesday! I thought that it would be much longer due to it being a holiday weekend.

Easy process! Just select the items you want pay lots of money and walah, items are shipped with no hassle.

This is a second purchase of this particular reflex sight. Although it does not have "clicks" when adjusting, it was easy to sight in at 50 yards. Like most reflex sights, it is intuitive to use with rapid acquisition of the target. I'm using this as a secondary sight on top of a magnified sight for close-up rifle work, so knowing your hold-over/under at a particular distance is important.

The shake-awake feature is very convenient since it resides on a gun that will not be in a vehicle, but even a battery change would not be too difficult even if it means I will have to confirm zero after removing the sight to change the battery.

I also purchased two sights this time with one planned on being a gift. I have confidence that it will handle rough tactical use, but will use the warranty as required if it fails for any reason
