I have been charged on my card 4 times totaling 223.46 and have received nothing... call them Nothing... emailed a AI person gives you a different ticket number every time you contact them like starting over each time ..like a circus.... do not order anything from them they just keep charging your card and you get nothing but a headache trying to get your money back they took.. its been since April I have been trying and its end of July and still nobody knows .. nothing.... sooooo frustrating..

Ordered their information. Credit card was charged more than twice the amount agreed to and now have received anorther invoice for another order that I did not order. The info they sent was worthless literature that made it more insulting. Have called and e-mailed to no avail. Will be cancelling credit card to stop these crooks.

Primal Labs will make unauthorized charges to your account. VERY BAD COMPANY!!

This is a bait and switch scam company that charges you for a recurring subscription. You didn’t even order or authorize. Don’t do any business with them. They’re crooked. It’s a fraud.

RUN do not do Business with them. they are bait and switch. If I had not taken the time to read reveiws i would have been like so many others. They trick you into additional recurring monthly charges.
Do Not agree to their monthly newsletter it's not free.
It took me several back and forth emails to get it stopped before I got billed for it. RUN RUN Away

I ordered a book from Primal Labs. After reading numerous negative reviews of their business practices, I emailed them and said I would not be ordering anything else from them. They responded that there would be no more charges. I just received an email from them stating that they would be renewing the newsletter and would be charging me!

I feel this company is a scam. I ordered a one time supplement and then got charged for a recurring monthly fee for a news letter to the tune of 30+ dollars. It was never clear with the order that a monthly fee would be attached. When I saw a few days after I ordered, that I was going to get a monthly email for $30, I immediately tried to cancel, only to be run around in a circle by obviously AI emails. I have yet to be contacted by a real person to cancel the fee and the product which I thought was a bottle of supplements. Instead I was going to be charged $30 a month for a news letter!

First Primal Labs company did not give me tracking number at the time of shipping. About nine days after the order I called to get the tracking number. The person I talked to gave me the wrong DHL tracking number. After this I called again and the person this time gave me the right tracking number. This whole process was very customer-unfriendly not to mention giving me the wrong tracking number. I suggest to the company to revise the procedures and give additional training to employees to do a better quality job. I, in Canada, order supplements from the USA from various companies and they always send me the order (which your company did) and they tell me when they ship with the tracking number (which your company did not do). A better communication would have eliminated my problems.
