The worst website ever the didn't honor my purchase i will never buy anything from them again

My order was cancelled and never shipped although it was pending on my credit card a week. Pricewaiter blamed it on the seller as the price was a mistake and not honored. This was my first attempt to do business with them, and my last.

Received entertainment unit (AM/FM radio, cassette, CD, record player) promptly. Unit exceeded expectations.

We needed to replace our microwave with the same exact one because of the color and style that matched all the other appliances and when we searched and found the cheapest one on pricewaiter we were not sure if the site was even real. I went into research mode and still was not sure after looking and looking and after seeing enough I had enough confidence that it was real and I also knew that if it wasn't real my credit card company would most likely reverse the charges. Anyway the microwave arrived very quickly brand new as advertised and we saved a bunch of money.

Takes a bit long for shipping, but it's worth it.

I had been waiting for a new undercounter fridge for more than 2 months, which was not surprising these days. The other companies in my area didn’t have this fridge in stock as well. During this wait time PriceWaiter was answering all my questions via messager on the website. Finally I received an email with the delivery day, the message with the delivery time range and the delivery went through smoothly with no issues.

I ordered a JBL 5.1 speaker and subwoofer. It shipped in the normal packaging and showed up looking horrible. I refused to open it as the box was clearly mangled and implied the speaker was damaged. I had to pay $117 to return the package and have not received a refund. I am livid.

Great price and arrived quickly. The back board came a little cracked so that might be why it was on sale but can't complain about the price and you can't even see it when it's against the wall anyway. It's real wood on the lighter weight side. Awesome for an apartment living room.

I ordered a refrigerator with a great price. If you don’t need your order right away, it’s worth of waiting. The delivery service guys call before and came on time very nice.

Late delivery!

Product arrived fine. Good price. But timing was super slow - took almost 2 months to arrive after I ordered it. Was told in initial order that shipping was imminent.

I mentioned the cans of soda were mostly dented and blown up 2 were empty and because they were torn only 5 cans were right and ask for a refund

While searching for the best price, I stumbled upon pricewaiter, the experience was easy, efficient and at times I thought this is too good to be true. I was able to save hundreds of dollars using pricewaiter on a smart refrigerator. Once the transaction went through, a few days later I was notified by the shipping company and delivery happened within the originally estimated time. Minimal delay with the delivery company due to weather, but they were right on top of rescheduling and getting my appliance to the house quickly.
Wonderful experience and I will seek out pricewaiter.com for future purchases.

Was overcharged for aftershave. I was baited into buys 33.8 oz bottle for 71$ and wound up receiving a 3.3 bottle and they only refunded me 28$.
Won’t go through these guys again.

After my order was confirmed, I noticed the model number and the product description were not showing the same piece. This led to a super convoluted process where I contacted the original vendor directly and squared the issue away. Pricewaiter then responded to the issue a day later as their service rep was on vacation, and sent the product I was hoping to receive before vacation back to the fulfillment vendor. This seems to be an unnecessary third party in the middle of a transaction. The price savings were not there in the first place. I would suggest using the direct vendor in-lieu of this service to avoid headaches. There is also no customer service phone number to reach Pricewaiter through. Rather, it is a slow exchange of emails.

Great price for the product I needed. Highly recommend this service.
