Prestons Kitchens Arvostelua

The showroom is beautiful and the staff are super friendly and very knowledgeable. We chose our kitchen units and they helped us match the worktop and decide on fixtures and fittings. The design was edited there and then and shown on a large screen so we could see it come to life. The kitchen was delivered and fitted on time too. Great service

Outstanding quality and service from start to finish. Not the cheapest (but certainly not the most expensive) but you sometimes get what you pay for. The product is superior to any others we viewed and the fit is outstanding. From initial consultation to final sign off, we were kept informed all the way on deadlines and communication was excellent. Natalie on design was exceptionally helpful and all the people involved from delivery, fit, electrics, plumber and flooring were all top level. Pretty hard to find any fault in people/product or service. Would highly recommend Preston Kitchens. Its a hefty considered purchase buying a new kitchen but they mad it easy and we are delighted with the results. I manage an on line business and reviews are key to customer confidence. Read these guys reviews and you know what you are getting compared to other high street names.

Good quality kitchens. Knowledgeable and helpful designer in Chris. Kept to the promised timescales fitters were brilliant. I would certainly recommend them.

Superb service from our very first visit to the show room all the way through to snagging a few bits at the end of the installation. Design and quote was a nice experience, no pressure to book/pay deposit (even though we did). Team worked around my builder like clock work (I didn't have to get involved at all really). The quality of the kit is noticeable vs the usual high street chains which took me by surprise, actually. Super happy with the service.

We had a great experience with Preston’s from start to finish. The design team had everything covered so a big thanks to Aron for that and the delivery and installation went so smoothly with Luke’s extensive toolkit and his fitting techniques were mind blowing, all managed skill fully by Bryce who was available at any time, thanks guys, fantastic job.

Planning & Design:

My meeting with Natalie and Matt were fantastic. They were clearly excellent at their jobs and put me at the forefront of the planning rather than the focus being on selling a kitchen. It felt like a bespoke package because that is what it was. I especially valued the time I was given to examine the various designs and the possibilities within those designs for changes.

Any queries were quickly and thoughtfully addressed by both Matt and Natalie. Those first weeks were so important, and I cannot stress enough the value of that process. It was a massive financial decision, and it is essential that that is made with clarity and understanding of what is being purchased. I did not feel under any pressure to rush anything - another key factor in terms of reassurance. Once the decisions were made, I still felt able to call Matt and Natalie – which I did!

After-care - Installation

The installation in terms of the kitchen per-se and not other issues regarding the building works was excellent. The engineers who fitted the units and appliances were great.

The only issues I experienced were related to the work-top. These were prolonged and frustrating because they included incorrect initial measuring and poor installation. The great strength of the after-care service was that they dealt with this alacrity and I felt confident that issues would be sorted and they were. The team did not express the frustrations outwardly that they must have felt inwardly.

We are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen. Preston’s have been excellent from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble. Natalie designed our beautiful kitchen and was happy to tweak the design as many times as we required. The fitters, electrician and plumber were excellent. Bryce, our project manager, kept us fully informed and was always on hand to answer any questions, queries we had.

I would recommend Preston’s to anyone. We have had amazing service from initial visit to showroom through to installation of a beautiful kitchen. 18 months after install we had a minor issue with a door which was sorted immediately by Brady without any issue. Customer service is amazing thank you again 😊

We used Preston’s for designing and fitting our kitchen in our new home. The entire team have been fantastic, from the staff at the showroom who’d make you a coffee every time you visit, through to the efficient fitters that came to the house. The team are reliable and very helpful. I had multiple design appointments when finalising the kitchen and the team were always so happy to make any changes I’d think of and offer their opinions and ideas. I’d like to specially thank and mention Elliot and Mark from the showroom in Huddersfield, Ian who helped start the design for the kitchen and offer solutions to ideas I would put forward. Also to Mark, the designer, who finished off our kitchen design and, again, gave his ideas and provided alternatives to anything that wouldn’t have worked. And then thank you to Charlie, who managed our project after the finalised plans. He’s been brilliant, always accessible on phones and emails. Kept in touch throughout and checked in to make sure things were running smoothly and that we were happy with everything. I’d definitely recommend Preston’s for the quality and the customer service!

Great experience from sitting down with the kitchen designer in front of a big screen with a cup of tea to design the kitchen, through the planning, building and fitting which was done on time and to very high quality. The kitchen looks exactly like the design, very pleased with the service from Preston’s

We had a new kitchen installed by Prestons 18 months ago and we are still talking about the experience and quality to this day. Why? Because the whole experience was amazing, first to last. Support in choosing the kitchen, the right worktops, the design with hints and tips to make it even more practical. Every date we were told something would happen, something happened. The dedication to getting things spot on was simply gobsmacking. Listening to us as customers and not trying to baffle us with BS was so appreciated. Clean, friendly, helpful, timely, respectful, caring and keen to make sure we were happy with the new kitchen in every regard. To be honest, we are still recovering from it now. Great customer service is so rare. Our recommendation? Do not go anywhere else. Save yourselves time, money, stress and frustration and just go to Prestons. You will thank us without a doubt. Honestly, simply brilliant!

From walking into the amazing showroom to the final fitting, I cannot fault Preston’s.
Matt was patient and listened to how we use the kitchen and the space to create the perfect design. Charlie project managed the installation and made sure we were informed every step of the way.
Any issues or concerns were dealt with promptly and efficiently and we are over the moon with the end result.
I would not hesitate to recommend Preston’s to anyone thinking of a new kitchen.

We recently purchased our kitchen from Preston’s Huddersfield. First Class from start to finish - Elliot and Luke from the beginning with planning and Bryce throughout the fitting for any help needed. A couple of snags on the way but were sorted straight away. Very happy with our kitchen and would highly recommend.

We are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen from Preston’s. From start to finish, it has been a fantastic experience.

Natalie, the designer, did a brilliant job creating the design and really understood what we wanted. The project manager and fitters also did an excellent job, working professionally and to a very high standard. The quality of the finished kitchen is fantastic.

All communication was excellent throughout, and all visits were well organised and went smoothly. Nothing was too much trouble, and we always felt we were in good hands.

Great service from Preston Kitchen team at Huddersfield. Elliot was knowledgeable and gave us a design which was not only cost effective but practical. We did experience a problem with our fitter accidently using the wrong panel and Jordan from the aftercare team was amazing to replacing the panel and delivering it to our doorstep within 3weeks. I would definitely recommend Preston Kitchens to anyone who is considering buying a kitchen.
