Dreadful experience, being fobbed off by customer services, told to wait & see if it arrives - a surprise birthday gift. Ordered back in September. Guess what it didn’t arrive & they don’t know when it will. The flowers will be in some state. They just hide behind the terms & conditions:
‘Please note that deliveries to certain areas, like Scotland, Northern Ireland, and other remote regions such as Jersey, sometimes take a little longer than usual, as explained in our terms and conditions.’
Customer services seem to have a copy & paste script & avoid questions. You get your delivery charge refunded if not delivered within 3 working days. As my delivery date was a Saturday, the flowers will be wilted, but that is tough look - should have read the T&C’s. Also the tracking link I eventually got states awaiting item. I wanted to do something nice for my friends special birthday & now she thinks I sent her nothing, so disappointing. So I can’t recommend using this company, unless you live in close proximity to them.

Purchasing the perfect family gift from another continent isn’t easy, and forget the difficulties of shipping! This is the perfect solution, and was loved last year by the family. I’m starting a tradition now as this is year two of forever.

I needed a delivery the next day ( on a Saturday too) and they did it ! To the stage door of a theatre, which is tricky . Apparently the truffles were delicious. A job well done . I would use them again .

I live in Australia and wanted to send 2 hampers to 2 different friends in the UK so the site was exactly what I need.
It was a very easy site to use and and had a lot of detail. Finding the UK addresses was very easy to find as well.
I will be using this site in the future if I need to send more hampers. Thanks for the great site

I used your website on my cellphone. It wasn't really cellphone friendly. Was able to get everything done, but wasn't easy.
When I pick an item, it allowed me to send the item to more than 1 person quite easily. However, it wasn't easy to add another item for the one person. It would be nice if after selecting an item for the cart, that it had an easy button to continue shopping before having to go to cart.
It might have been easier to have ordered on my computer instead of cellphone, but my laptop is not working.

I ordered a hamper for over £120 for next day delivery. It did not arrive and when we contacted them we realised they haven’t even shipped it and cancelled the order without our consent!!! Never saw a company like this. So unprofessional and unreliable. I don’t recommend this company to no one.

I ordered what was meant to be a thoughtful and high-quality gift, only to be left thoroughly disappointed. Not only was the delivery late, but the parcel was inexplicably left in a recycling bin in direct sunlight despite two people being home all day and no attempt made to knock or notify us.

The hamper itself arrived in a spoiled and frankly unacceptable condition. The wax on the cheeses had melted, ruining the contents and presentation completely. This was intended as a celebratory gesture, but what arrived felt careless, poorly handled, and far from premium.

The response from customer service has been polite but generic falling back on policy explanations rather than addressing the core issue: the product was delivered in a damaged, unsanitary state and failed entirely to live up to the standard advertised.

This experience has left me questioning both the quality control and the company’s ability to resolve genuine customer concerns with care and accountability. I will not be ordering from Prestige Gifting again, and I would advise others to think twice if they’re looking for a reliable, high-quality gifting experience

Update Review – Unsafe Food Handling, Poor Packaging, and Unprofessional Customer Service

My main concern isn’t just that the gift was left in a hot location but that the internal packaging was so poor that the food inside was damaged and unsafe to consume. Wax melted and leaked onto the contents, spoiling the products. This reflects a serious lack of care in packaging and delivery especially for perishable food items.

What’s even more disappointing is the customer service response. The replies felt dismissive and borderline belittling, brushing off my valid safety concerns by repeatedly blaming third-party couriers without taking accountability or offering a meaningful solution. The tone lacked empathy and professionalism, making an already frustrating situation worse.

For a company dealing with food gifts, such negligence and poor communication are unacceptable. I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.
