We first spoke to Kieran last year (around May 2024), as we were renting at the time, and wanted to get back onto the property ladder. At the time we just wanted to explore our options so that we could put the things in place that we needed to secure our next home. Kieran talked us through all of our options and suggested ways to improve our position at the time. We met up again a couple of months later, to chat through our circumstances again, and Ky reassured us that he would be able to find us a deal and a mortgage which meant we could start looking for our property to buy. Ky has helped us so much throughout the whole process, and never did we think we would now be sat in our own home, less than 9 months after we had our initial chat with him. We never thought it would be possible for us, and Ky has made our dream a reality. Without his advice and guidance throughout the whole process, we wouldn't be where we are now.
