Excellent company and it's employees
Our new mattress arrived well within the one hour advised. Both of the men were very polite and friendly despite that they had to take the heavy mattress up two flights of stairs. They also took our old mattress away as well as the polythene bag that contained the new mattress. A credit to Prestige Beds. Thank you.

Ordered a new mattress from the bold street beds store Preston, customer service was fantastic. Great choice of stock, staff were helpful and gave advice but not over ‘pushy’.

Absolutely fantastic service from Ben at shop who was so friendly, knowledgeable and allowed us to test 3 Sealey mattresses from the Ultralux Anniversary range.
No rush , no pressure it was a true pleasure dealing with Ben who knew everything about the Sealey and other mattresses they had in stock.
The delivery team were so respectful and friendly and really careful for my freshly painted walls 😊

Excellent service from start to finish
Excellent service from start to finish, all the staff were very helpful, but also not overpowering. They gave me some advice and left me to take as much time as I needed to try out all the mattresses without pressuring me to buy anything. I mostly dealt with Lisa who is very personable and made my purchase experience an enjoyable one.
The communication about delivery of my order was great, and the guys that delivered and built my new bed were very respectful of my home.
I’m delighted with my new bed and Milbrook wool mattress, and have never slept so well. Thank you for your help and guidance.
