Uncomfortable, too heavy, & no handles to lift. Will be looking to buy a mattress topper to make it more comfortable.

We're sorry to learn that you are unhappy with one of the mattresses you purchaed from us. It's always difficult when a family member is choosing for someone else, but we tried to advise as best we could based on the information we had. The mattress chosen is particularly firm, and whilst very popular for those wanting extra support, we appreciate it isn't for everyone.
Following a phone conversation with my colleague Daniel just now, we have agreed for you to come back in to store to reselect. Also, many single mattresses come without handles, but we can request that they are added to the mattress you decide on as a replacement, or alternatively choose a no-turn mattress. We look forward to seeing you in store soon, and we will put it right for you as efficiently as possible.

Absolutely fantastic experience with this bed and mattress company! From the moment I enquired, their team was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful in guiding me to the perfect choice.
The quality of the bed and mattress is outstanding—extremely comfortable and clearly built to last. Delivery was prompt and hassle-free, and everything was set up with great care and professionalism.
I’ve noticed a huge improvement in my sleep since the purchase, which says it all! Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality products and excellent customer service.
However, I do feel the after-sales service could be improved, as my issue has not yet been resolved. I’m hopeful this will be addressed soon so the experience fully matches the high standards set during the purchase.

Ben at the Whitebirk store was friendly and approachable. He wasn't pushy and we felt comfortable with his approach and support/advice. He was knowledgeable which gave us confidence to be able to make the right choice for us, with the wide range of beds available. The delivery was on time and the lads where courteous and efficient.

Excellent service
Bought a mattress from Prestige based on Bold Street in Preston Lancs, absolutely brilliant service from Lisa, they have lots of beds & mattresses in stock to try. Mark & Pete delivery guys were great, no fuss, straight upstairs and old mattress removed included in the deal. A different company said they couldn’t get the mattress upstairs! 100% recommend Prestige, 5 stars
